My large picnic mat has shrunk around the edges, causing it to bunch up and sit unevenly on the ground. The whole surface area of the mat is unable to be used and makes it very difficult for my baby to enjoy crawling on the ground outside. When speaking to Kollab customer service, they offered me a 30% off discount to re-purchase a new mat which I personally feel is not good enough as the product I was provided is faulty. They said they are unable to facilitate an exchange as my product has lapsed their 3 month warranty. Disappointed to say the least especially considering the price point.

Poor Quality and Poor Service been waiting over 3 weeks for my order and they said it's because i ordered at peak and when I made a complaint all of a sudden it appeared as sent, Lazy Service not worth buying for these guys. Orders from other companies over east don't weeks to get here in the West.

I don’t know about anyone else but the packaging was horrible. In addition the quality of the product is terrible. Personally I would not purchase from there again. It’s super thin and feels very cheap for the price I paid.

Ordered a small lunch bag for $22.95 and expected it to be stunning for that price! It’s so thin, no insulation and the handles are so thin. It was so tightly packaged the cover on it making it look like a newly bought gift was damaged so it looks too embarrassing to even gift! Kmart sell better quality for $5, where I’ll be headed tomorrow

Don't order from this company it took them days to email me to actually tell me they were out of stock of the picnic rug and they only wanted to offer me a discounted rate (which was actually more) on another rug after i complained that their stock online shouldnt match the warehouse. They tried charging me twice for shipping, which they ended up saying it was their error which is understandable but they said their discounted rate was based on the sale price I paid for the rug, which doesn't make sense work this out...

I paid $82.92 for my order with shipping and they couldn't fulfil that order. They then wanted to then charge me an extra $53.98 for the fringed mat. That's a total of $136.9, if I take off the double shipping charges, otherwise it was more but they're saying they offered it at a discounted rate... I can go online right now and order this rug with a discount code and get it for $120.91. How on earth were they offering me a discounted rate... go figure! Extremely unprofessional and just say they were offering a discounted which off the sale price, which doesn't make any sense at all.

I used Kollab for drums and keys on one of my tracks. I sent over a rough demo with basic drum machine and keys and a version with them removed. Kollab recommended the best musicians for the style.

I went ahead with the drums first and didn’t really know what to expect. I was amazed with what i received back. Not only was the playing perfect, but also a slew of new and creative approaches to different parts of the track which changed the vibe in a great way! But that wasn’t all- the recording was unbelievable, used an 18 mic setup all preprocessed with analogue pre-amps EQs and compressors. The drums were delivered via 18 separate audio files and reference mix levels for volume and panning, as well as a list of all outboard processing used and even a picture of the studio, kit and microphone setup.

I will definitely be using again!

Andy, Aubrey and Josiah did everything I asked for plus a bit more, and delivered a professional sounding track. I like the fact they took my song idea and interpreted and produced it in a convincing style with conviction. I am well pleased with the result and I am thinking of using them again.

What an excellent experience! Dan Hawkins (bassist) promptly delivered three takes along with both D.I. and Amp mixes--so six tracks in total. I didn't even have to line it up, just plug and play. Best of all, he followed my notes to a T and gave me exactly what I was looking for--some smooth, funky bass! Dan's the Man!!

Excellent service from start to finish. The guys at kollab answered all my queries promptly, and put me at ease. I had direct contact with my producer, who was also an excellent communicator. I was very pleased with the final product. My song was produced to my specifications, and the arrangement and vocals were excellent. Very happy with the whole process, and I will be using kollab again.

I used Kollab for my new record, which will be released in September this year. I'd recorded the rest of the tracks just before Christmas 2018 but then realised I needed an actual cello on three of the tracks.

On Boxing Day I used Kollab and found the site really easy to navigate. I located a session player called Louise Dearsley and enquired about using her on my songs.

Despite it being the festive period, I liaised with Louise via Mark at Kollab. We then agreed on an extremely reasonable/competitive price. I set out my exact requirements (i.e. I wanted the parts recorded in 24bit 96khz, ensuring they matched the recording quality of the other parts).

I received my parts on time (I had an extremely tight turnaround) and the recording was to an excellent standard, in terms of playing ability and engineering quality. Louise even provided three slightly different takes and extra harmony lines for the songs, giving me the ability to pick the takes I wanted and include her ideas in my compositions. This was added value and in line with the excellent service I received.

My only (slight) negative is that you always have to liaise via Kollab, rather than having direct access to the session player(s). However, I understand the attraction to this business model from a session musician's perspective. And given the excellent service I received from Mark/Andy, this was only a small issue for me.

I thoroughly recommend this service and intend to use it on any future projects.
