Ideale come supporto allo studio. La penna è molto comoda e si riesce a sottolineare e prendere appunti con facilità. La durata della batteria è molto buona

Valoraría mucho una versión con memoria de 64 Gb o más

[No compensation of any kind was received in connection with this review.] The Kobo Elipsa 2E is a first rate eReader, and Kobo's store for buying eBooks works just great, as you'd expect. I've bought a few books there and I may even subscribe to Kobo Plus; I've never said the equivalent of that during many years spent with Amazon/Kindle. But none of those is the real reason I bought the Elipsa 2E, as its distinctive charms lie elsewhere. I'm retired and writing a (very long) book aimed at members of my former profession. The book is awash in mathematical text (equations, Greek letters, etc.) with a few hundred graphs scattered about, all assembled by LaTeX into PDF output structured as US Letter- sized (8.5 x 11 in.) pages. I needed a way to proofread those .pdf files and use a stylus to markup typos, errors, and awkward phrasing, right on those pages. And, just to make things interesting, my computer runs nothing but Linux, and I'm left-handed. And by golly, the Elipsa 2E is more than equal to the task. Hook it to my computer with an ordinary USB cable, and bringing in a fresh version of my tome is a familiar drag and drop operation; no uploading to the cloud or through someone's servers. Is the 227 ppi screen a problem? Nope. By default, an entire 8.5x11 page fits on one screen, and all those little squiggles and symbols in the equations are quite readable. Still need a little more detail? Rotate to landscape mode and you get an instant magnification, though I've actually needed that exactly once. Marking up text with the stylus is about as close as possible to working with pen and paper; I've got no complaints on that front. Would an LED screen be better? Definitely not: I'd far rather read on an eInk screen. Would a faster processor be better? Yes, but not by much. Would a higher resolution screen be better? Yes, but only a little --- even with the challenging content of my book. No complaints at all? Well, the SleepCover is absurdly overpriced. More importantly: my book has a Table of Contents --- very useful for navigating the document. For some reason, when I load a fresh copy of the .pdf file, a Sync occurs automatically and the text gets updated, but not the ToC. Rather, to update the ToC when it has changed, I have to delete the .pdf from the Elipsa and then load it anew; irritating, but hardly a big deal. If you want an eReader for ordinary reading of eBooks, the Elipsa 2E may be more than you require. But if your needs are more like mine, this Kobo is head and shoulders above anything else out there, including the offerings from Amazon, ReMarkable, Boox, ... . Thanks, Kobo!

like the fact that I can write on any page and that I can access Dropbox. I visit job sites and use this feature to pull up job specific specs and layouts

Easy to use. Much faster than older models.

It's a beautiful well designed tool. I've used my spouce's one so I wanted one of my own, shame they couldn't manage a delivery.

Kobo Elipsa 2E: superou a expetativa; principalmente no bloco de notas. A escrita é perfeita!

Had an issue with one book, where the text was going just beyond the edge of the screen. Adjusting the margins did nothing. Eventually managed to find a font size where this doesn't seem to happen, and then randomly hit a part of the book where the margin adjustment was working. So it could use some software tweaks, basically. Otherwise, it works great. I love that it opens to the book you were reading, rather than making you go through intro screens first, and the stylus is very nice.

Appreciate everything about my Kobo. It’s weight, the options, navigation. A definite winner.

I love it and would highly recommend this especially for studying.

Ottimo per studiare. Leggero, non affatica gli occhi, toccando lo schermo si ha un esperienza sensoriale simile alla carta. La pennina consente di sottolineare anche pdf esportati dal pc e di prendere appunti.

phenomenal e-reader. Feel's great in the hand, very responsive, and the screen supports the writing/notetaking feature very well.

Bello, tecnologico, prestazioni alte, qualità della lettura eccezionale

Game changer. Integration with overdrive and dropbox is amazing and using the notebooks has really been useful.
