J’ai passé commande sur ce site pour deux paires de bottes, le 17 janvier. Nous sommes le 23 mars et je n’ai toujours rien reçu! Après avoir tenté de leur envoyer un mail sans réponse, nous avons échanger via Instagram en février. Ils m’ont assurée que ma commande était en cours de livraison, un mois plus tard, je n’ai rien reçu. Je viens de les contacter et apparemment ma commande est encore en chemin, je ne sais pas d’où elle vient mais de loin, ça fait apparemment 2 mois qu’elle se balade... je n’attends plus rien de leur part! C’est une arnaque, ils suppriment les commentaires négatifs (et il y en a énormément sur Instagram)! 110.- dans le vent, merci Koa Paris...

Can't return anything!!!
I bought two pair of boots and one of them was way to small. Then I contacted the customer service for the returning form and they said that I couldn't return it because of covid????? So stupid!!! The customer service couldn't further help me and offered a discount on my next purchase but I will definitely not ever again buy something from KOA paris!
And also the shipping was very strange. I didn't even receive my shoes in a box and there was glue on the boots. They also came separate and the track and trace was not right. It came a few weeks later..

Ho fatto un ordine l’11 Gennaio 2021, e oggi 22 Marzo ancora non ho ricevuto niente di niente.
Provo a contattare per un rimborso, ogni volta mi viene sviato il discorso sul fatto che arriverà presto sicuramente e faccine inutili per presa in giro.
Non posso neanche tracciare il pacco, perché mi è stato dato un numero per tracciarlo sbagliato, inesistente.
È da un mese che chiedo il rimborso e ancora non è stato fatto.
Su whatsapp hanno smesso di rispondere ormai da tempo, mentre su instagram rispondono ogni morte di papa solo per prenderti in giro.
Ho già preparato le pratiche per la denuncia, STATE LONTANI DA QUESTO PESSIMO SITO!
Sono solo dei truffatori e il personale non è per niente affidabile, rispondono a tutti con lo stesso messaggio copiato ed incollato con tanto di presa in giro! NON ACQUISTATE NULLA.

Selbe Problem wie alle anderen auch! Im Januar Schuhe bestellt, bis heute, Mitte März nicht geliefert. Trackingcode ungültig. Ich versuche mal meine Zahlung per Kreditkarte wieder zurück zu erhalten. War mir ne Lehre, bestelle nichts mehr auf Seiten, die mir als Werbung angezeigt werden!

Dopo tre mesi,gli stivali che ho ordinato sono ancora immettibili per il forte odore di petrolio,li ho dovuti buttare. Ho contattato l’assistenza più volte per il reso,ma non hanno mai risposo. Prodotti e servizio pessimi.

Ho effettuato un ordine che è stato spedito un mese dopo. Una volta spedito dopo altri due mesi ha raggiunto l'italia. Finchè dal tracking del corriere che aveva preso in carico l'ordine, il pacco risultava nuovamente al centro spedizioni internazionali. Ho contattato il corriere che mi ha riferito che il pacci era stato rispedito al mittente poichè le informazioni erano illegibili e non potevano effettuare la consegna. Nel frattempo dal momento d'ordine sono passati 4 mesi. Ho contattato l'assistenza tramite mail, WhatsApp e Instagram, non solo non ho ricevuto alcun rimborso quantomeno alcuna risposta. Non consiglio l'acquisto da questo sito vista la mia esperienza.

Effettuato ordine il 5 gennaio, arrivato il 16 marzo!! Scarpe diverse dall'ordine! Inviate mail e messaggi su WA chiedendo ragione del ritardo mostruoso, veniva risposto che stavano preparando l'ordine "con tanto amore"! Dopo un pò neanche la presa in giro della risposta. Totalmente non contattabili. Avevo già preso contatti con la VISA per annullare il pagamento (cosa possibile e consigliata a tutti). Una stella di recensione perchè non è possibile zero stelle. Se avete un pò di amor proprio evitate questa manica di..

Massive rip off. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Took a month to receive a cheap plastic pair of boots shipped from China. Instead of two leather fur lined items. I wouldn’t pay 10 dollars for what I received - not even boxed! I am 75 dollars down - I’ve asked for a refund and they have blocked me on their social media accounts.

Terrible!!
They dont reply to emails at all. They provided a fake tracking number. Once I've said Im going to report to the police about them, they blocked me on Insta.
So hopefully police will investigate it soon enough.

Update: I have been able to claim a chargeback via my bank - advise you all to do the same!

Worst company ever. This is a dropshipping company and their delivery isn’t as stated. I ordered at the end of Jan and nearly two months later my items still haven’t arrived. Have tried emailing, messaging on Insta, WhatsApp and not getting a response. The tracking number provided just says item not found. Avoid these charlatans and don’t part with your money.

Ho ordinato una borsa e un paio di anfibi il 10 febbraio 2021. La borsa è arrivata ieri (11 marzo) e non corrisponde assolutamente alla foto presente nel sito. Inoltre avevo ordinato anche un paio di anfibi di cui non ho alcuna notizia. Ho inviato ben 2 mail ancora tempo fa al servizio clienti da cui non ho avuto mai alcuna risposta; a questo punto li ho contattati via Instagram per avere notizie riguardo gli stivali ma senza alcun risultato.
Da evitare assolutamente 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

My mum ordered two bags for my 22nd birthday and we've been waiting for almost 2 months now. i am so upset and disappointed.

J'ai commandé il y a maintenant un mois et après quelques mails échangés où ils me disaient de patienter, et bien maintenant ils ne répondent plus.
Donc achats chez un vendeur qui arnaque.
49.90 euros dans le vent...

Ogni volta che chiedi info ti rispondono con faccine amorose e rassicurazioni generiche... almeno facessero intendere di preoccuparsi del problema invece rispondono come un figlio dei fiori degli anni '70...

ich habe vor über einem Monat bestellt: am 5.2. auf der website stand, dass wenn ich an dem tag bestelle, die Schuhe am 15.2. versendet werden. ich habe heute, 6.3.immernoch keine Schuhe erhalten. mir wird auf der instagram Seite schon seit fast 3 Wochen gesagt, dass mein Paket auf dem weg ist. als es eine Woche nach der aussage immer noch cniht da war, wollte ich mein geld zurück aber das bekomme ich nicht, weil die Schuhe angeblich auf dem weg zu mir sind. also kein geld und keine Schuhe. die nehmen einen auch nicht erst und nennen einen "darling", "honey", "my dear" total unseriös. bestellt da bloß nicht! erst mal bei zalando gucken die haben dieselben Produkte

Ho ordinato un paio di stivali il 24 gennaio e oggi 5 marzo ancora non sono arrivati. Inoltre l’ordine non è tracciabile!

ordered shoes from KOA Paris. They arrived more than a month later than the expected delivery date, besides that they didnt correspond to the size, which they said it would. That would be totally fine if you could return them and get your money back or trade them for the right size. I have sent several emails but never got a response. Even though the shoes look okay, I would never order there again because it is a huge risk to take if you cannot return/trade them

Ho fatto un ordine in data 1 Febbraio e ad oggi 5 Marzo ancora non è arrivato nulla... ho scritto via mail e mi hanno risposto che l’attesa vale la pena e che devo avere pazienza ma a questo punto ho paura che non arriveranno mai e nom so come fare rimborso.. soldi buttati.

Habe am 31.01. Bestellt und hätte bis heute keine Informationen, hätte ich nicht auf allen Wegen versucht Kontakt aufzunehmen.
Bis jetzt keine Ware erhalten!!
Keine vernünftige Auskunft darüber erhalten, was mit meiner Bestellung ist. Die Trackingnummer ist ein Fake.
