Safe training, the new way to enterprise agile approach
I found the SAFe training to be highly useful in clearing the SAFe certification program. Coming from experience all that was taught was revisited and re enforced and I highly recommend this course.
Bad Experience OVERALL - Do not use them
The training was not good. It barely covered what the exam will cover. After I finished I sent emails with questions which I had to send more than once to get a WRONG answer every time. First, they told me I had to watch 35 hours of videos before I was given access to the mock exams, then I was told I didn't pay for the full price for the exam (not true). Then I asked again about the mock tests and they gave me a wonky video that showed someone trying to figure out where to go with their mouse, only to lead me to the tests that do not follow the PMP exam format that I was already aware of. They say they provide 4 hour timed tests that mock the exact PMP exam, but no one seems to know their own website to direct me to them. I'm currently waiting for an answer still and I have scheduled my exam for a week from now. They told me they would have someone call me twice.
The first time, no one ever called and instead sent an email The second time, they said I would receive a call within the hour - NO ONE CALLED. ALSO, they are NOT available during US hours so if you need help, forget it. They are ALL in India and though someone may answer the chat, they cannot help you. Do NOT use them!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

I have referred someone for CSM training, till the time the referral was given, I was getting call every 2 hours for the reference, but later after providing the Referral, while proving the referral Amazon voucher, they are not reachable at all. Every time I call them, I am given different reason. Also, got to know from my referral that training was BAD and the trainer was incompetent. Avoid KnowledgeHut.

The company is really a fraud. They don’t provide any support. They run behind you like greedy dogs when selling the course and reply after days when you need support.

Misleading, unresponsive, and not worth the money
I trusted KnowledgeHut for PMP and paid ₹55,800 (around $670), including $190 extra because they issued my exam key for the wrong region. Their mistake, but I had to pay.
They promised training and a new 1-year valid key, then later refused it. Emails were ignored, replies were delayed, and I was left with recorded sessions I already had access to.
They only quote their "Pass Guarantee" conditions after issues arise — none of it was explained before.
I feel cheated and misled. If you're planning to enroll, please think twice.

Save your money and time they will treat you as transactions not as students
I enrolled in KnowledgeHut’s PMP program with high expectations. I paid a total of ₹55,800 (approx. $670) — including $190 extra because their team generated my exam key for the wrong region (India) even though I live in the US.
From the start, things were chaotic:
They promised me refresher training + a new exam key with 1-year validity if I paid extra. I agreed.
Once the payment was done, their tone changed. They refused to provide the exam key and offered only batch access — which I already had in recorded format.
Earlier, when I asked for training support, they ignored my emails and gave no help.
They are now hiding behind fine print that was never disclosed during enrollment.
The training was inconsistent, communication was poor, and their so-called "100% Pass Guarantee" comes with conditions they only reveal when it’s too late.
I feel completely misled, financially exploited, and mentally stressed due to this experience. If you're considering KnowledgeHut, please be cautious — not everything they promise is delivered.
KnowledgeHut cancels course with no reason
KnowledgeHut is a company that cancel your course 2 days before it is supposed to be taken. They just inform you that your course has been cancelled and they moved your course like 3 weeks ahead. Meanwhile they have offer to run same course in next week for a higher price, but they will not sign you up as they prefer to keep you as pending client and hold your money even you wrote to them that you want it back.
This organization is fraudulent
This organization is fraudulent - first they charge me for a PMP training bundle that included exam fees without letting me know or even informing me that the exam voucher was about to expire. Meaning they intended to keep the money for themselves.
Secondly, on request to get a breakdown on my receipts, they mistakenly sent me a second invoice showing a totally different amount from the first exam fee invoice I received from them ($245 instead of $505) in other to deceive me into thinking I paid a smaller amount for the exam. This organization is totally fraudulent and lacks integrity.
Please listen to the negative reviews. There are other alternative organizations that you can get your professional certifications with that are not out there trying to scam you.
I have tried resolving this with KnowledgeHut Ugrad but as all scammers do, my emails have been totally ignored. I will contact PMI and Better Business Bureau to file a formal complaints and take it up on Social media platforms.

I regret not checking the reviews for this site as I'm also suffering for being scammed. Prince2 course got cancelled a week before and customer service is just passing me to contact them via email to which they don't respond. They pushed me to pay on the spot and then cancelled the course 3 days after. I'm not sure how to get my money back but need to look for alternative options as I don't think I'll ever get them.
1 Star – Terrible Experience with upGrad KnowledgeHut: Unprofessional and Untrustworthy
I enrolled in the CCBA prep course with upGrad KnowledgeHut, scheduled to begin in mid-March. I paid the full amount, but after that, the course was delayed with no communication—and eventually canceled without any official update.
I requested a full refund, and despite multiple follow-ups, I’ve received nothing but vague responses and hollow apologies. It’s been weeks with no action.
What’s most frustrating is that they are very responsive and persistent when it comes to taking your payment, but once you pay, they disappear. There’s no ownership, no clear timeline, and absolutely no sense of customer accountability.
This is hands down one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had. If you’re considering them, beware: your time, money, and trust are better placed elsewhere.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Knowledge Hut. Despite being misled by Mr. Mahesh into purchasing the course, I faced numerous issues, including:
- Cancellation of the weekday session I had planned for, without prior notice
- Being forcefully added to a batch that didn't fit my schedule, despite my explicit concerns
- Lack of support and responsiveness from Mr. Mahesh and other staff members
- Difficulty accessing study materials and WhatsApp group
- Unhelpful and arrogant interaction with Mr. Suhail
Given the poor service and unfulfilled promises, I consider the 70K spent on the course and certification a complete waste. The quality of service has significantly deteriorated since my previous positive experiences with Knowledge Hut.
I strongly advise against trusting this organization, and I'm exploring options for a refund. There is none to talk to except a bot which is again a waste of time. The lack of accountability and transparency is alarming, and I hope others can learn from my disappointing experience.

I recently enrolled for my PRINCE2 certification with KnowledgeHut Academy, making it clear that I wanted to complete the certification as soon as possible. Initially, they claimed the seats were almost full (which was false) and allocated me to the March 10th batch.
However, just two days before the class, they informed me that fewer participants had enrolled and decided to reschedule the batch—possibly to April (which is also tentative!). This contradictory information made me question whether this was a genuine issue or just a sales tactic.
I already had doubts about enrolling with KnowledgeHut due to negative reviews on social media. The only reason I proceeded was the assumption that their alliance with UpGrad had improved the training quality. Unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating and highly unprofessional.
⚠ Timeline of Issues:
📌 Feb 15 – Connected with Karun Singh (Sales) made the payment and enrolled in the PRINCE2 course scheduled for 10th Mar.
📌 March 8 – Received call and email from 𝐁𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐯𝐢 𝐍(𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫;𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐢𝐝 𝐛𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐯𝐢.𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐥@𝐮𝐩𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝.𝐜𝐨𝐦) about cancellation of batch.
📌 March 10 – I raised a complaint and also emphasizing the need for quality training and requested them to issue exam vouchers, mock materials, and study resources until they assign the batch in April. Instead of assisting, they revoked my access to their online platform PRISM.
📌 March 14 – I connected to Rustam Adhikari [academic counsellor] who is my 1st point of contact, assured he would resolve the issue by Friday.
📌 March 15 – No response from him, so I followed up at 3:30 PM. He then said he couldn’t check due to Holi Festival (which he hadn't considered before making the promise) and would revert on Monday, Mar 17.
📌 March 17 – I reminded him via WhatsApp in the morning. Waited the whole day.No response.
📌 March 18 – I sent another email requesting a refund. Still no response.
This lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to honor commitments is completely unacceptable—especially from a platform that claims to offer professional training. If they cannot deliver the service, they should be transparent and initiate a refund immediately instead of ignoring customers.
At this point, I have lost trust in KnowledgeHut due to their unprofessional behavior and misleading commitments. I am frustrated with their lack of accountability and no longer wish to proceed with them. I demand an immediate refund.
Be cautious when enrolling with KnowledgeHut Academy—ensure you do thorough research beforehand. I am requesting an immediate resolution from @KnowledgeHut or @UpGrad or upGrad KnowledgeHut

Trainers come content prepared, sessions remain very interactive throughout and respect questions of others, their feedbacks. Will recommend others as well to get good understanding of the concepts.
