Support is horrible. I asked to reschedule, they did but nobody never responded or confirmed it. Then I tried to join the course, the button did not work. So then I needed to reschedule again because of that, and now they charge 10% of the course value! So if the course is $700 they ask for freaking $70 for reschedule. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. NEVER TAKE ANY COURSE HERE.

Before I bought a course, everybody was coming back fast to me. When they got my $500, support suddenly started to take longer

I trained with Knowledge hut for CSPO and the sessions were very interactive and helped me complete my certification . They have highly knowledgeable trainers . I have done CSM certification also with them and it was great too . Highly recommended.

Awesome Experience

The 2-day SAFe Agilist 6.0 course from Knowledgehut was a solid experience. The sessions were interactive, and the instructor did a great job keeping everyone engaged. I got to connect with folks from all over, sharing different project management perspectives, which made the learning lively and relevant. Overall, I appreciated the mix of hands-on activities and opportunities to ask questions, as well as the flexibility of the online setup. I’d definitely recommend giving Knowledgehut’s SAFe Agilist 6.0 class a shot

I enrolled for SAFE 6 PO/PM certification in upgrad, the enrollment was a smooth process and session was very useful and was in convenient timing in weekends,Tutor was friendly topics were clear and I was able to clear the exam within a week and certified now. Thanks to Vishnu who helped me throughout the process.

I had a terrible experience with KnowledgeHut. They put me on the wrong date for my course, and since then I have not been able to get any proper support. The US number listed online never connects to anyone, and despite leaving several voicemails, nobody called back. I spoke with a representative named Sushil once, but after that he stopped answering my calls. I also sent multiple emails to complain, but never received a resolution.

At this point, I am contacting my credit card company to cancel this transaction. Based on my experience, this company feels untrustworthy and unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to avoid working with them in the future.

Best course with awesome faculty and much good insights

I recently completed my Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification training with Upgrad Knowledge Hut, and the experience was highly rewarding.

The course was well-structured and covered all the essential aspects of Scrum in depth—roles, events, artifacts, and principles. The trainer was extremely knowledgeable, industry-experienced, and used practical examples that made the concepts easy to understand and apply. I particularly appreciated the interactive discussions, real-world case studies, and practice assessments that prepared me thoroughly for the PSM I exam and helped me clear it successfully as well.

I am extremely disappointed with Knowledge Hut. It has been over a month since I paid more than $1,000 USD for a course, and my access is still not working. Despite multiple complaints, the response has been slow, unhelpful, and my issue remains unresolved.

I had planned my summer around studying and completing this program, but all of those plans have been completely wasted because of their poor service. This has been nothing but a total waste of money and time.

I strongly advise others not to waste their money with this software/application/company. If this is how they treat paying customers, I can’t imagine how they expect to build any credibility.

I had a very disappointing experience with this provider. I registered and paid in full for the Advanced Scrum Master Certification Path, originally scheduled for May 30, 2025, which was postponed at the very last minute. I was only informed one day before the training, despite having registered months in advance.

The rescheduled batch for June 27–29, 2025 was then cancelled again, also just a day before it was due to start, with no confirmed alternative.

Although I did eventually receive my refund (after multiple follow-ups), the repeated last-minute changes, poor communication, and lack of reliability have seriously damaged my trust in this provider.

Professional training organizations should ensure dependable scheduling, timely updates, and clear communication. Unfortunately, this was not my experience.
I would strongly caution others to think carefully before committing.

I had just completed my PMP Certification training! The instructor—very clear in his delivery, deeply knowledgeable, and kept the sessions highly engaging throughout I so enjoyed it because I joined from USA, He made even the tougher concepts simple to understands, which made the learning process smooth and enjoyable.

The training covered all the necessary topics in detail, and the interactive approach really helped
solidify my understanding. I felt so well-prepared after the sessions. And I took my exams 2weeks later.

Whether you're new to Project Management or looking to build on existing knowledge, I’d definitely recommend this training. It’s a valuable learning experience, and I highly recommend it.

It has been a great support and training from KnowledgeHut. Their coordination and support before and after the session is remarkable. Their website and portal for reviewing the information and course content are great.

Excellent platform to get cspo certification

KnowledgeHut is one of the best platform for getting the best certifications.This gives a very clear instructions and a very smooth transition. I always recommened my colleages to get certified from KnowledgeHut.

Would have given them less then one star if possible. Scammers/Thieves.

Company is fraud .. they provide fake courses .. i enrolled for advanced scrum master course which they kept on cancelling for 6 months and they finally when I gave up and asked for refund .. they refunded less money and cut significant amount saying that razorpay cut that money.. why student should bear merchant cost... No answers ..no one replying.. shameless organisation..dont go for scam and water your time and hard earned money
