As always, Klarityprepared my (admittedly fairly simple) return with minimum fuss & bother. As an 84 yer old I came to computers late in life , and find paswords, loginns and portals difficult. Klarity agreed to do everyhing by simple e-mail. Terrific !

I have found Mark Olley very helpful, particularly in connection with an HMRC enquiry. He has always responded promptly to my communications.
There have been a couple of occasions when I have identified an omission, however, these have always been sorted out promptly. I hope he will continue to look after my tax affairs.

Since being assigned from Barclays Personal Taxation Service (BPTS) in January 1998 to TaxGuard, and more recently to Klarity Tax, I have continued to benefit from a high quality personal tax service each year.

Very close to the end of January this year I required additional work to be undertaken on a detailed Capital Gains Tax matter extending back some twenty three years. Within two days I had received a quotation for this work and in less than a week my tax return for the year ended April 5th 2019 had been amended and updated together with the Capital Gains Tax calculations ready prepared on my behalf for submission to HMRC. I was most impressed by the personal attention given to this matter by Klarity Tax. It was dealt with extremely promptly and efficiently by means of emails, a personal secure portal system for the exchange of information, and a couple of 'phone calls and I cannot speak more highly of the service provided by Klarity Tax.

More than happy to endorse Klarity Tax, having used them and their earlier ie Taxguard for more than 20 years.

Billing for a tax return that is not required from a person with dementia seems a little disingenuous. Especially, when they are being billed in advance for a tax year that hasn’t even started. Complaints have been made but they will not refund the money.

Update: Shaun from Klarity Tax personally investigated this case after I posted this review. The case was resolved quickly because of his help.

A very easy to use service with friendly, helpful staff. Scan in and upload relevant documents and leave it to the Klarity Tax staff to calculate your tax and complete your tax return. You get to check everything before it is submitted to HMRC electronically. All via a secure portal so confidential material and messages are private, you know they have not got lost in the post, and you don't miss any HMRC deadlines. I have been using Klarity Tax for several years during which they have saved me a great deal of tax, so it's good value too.

Klarity Tax has been doing my Tax Returns for several years now, and I could not be more satisfied with their help. Very easy to deal with, always helpful and patient with my queries. For anyone looking for an
accountancy firm to tale care of all your tax situations I cannot recommend Klarity Tax more highly.

I've always found the tax advisors handling my affairs to be very responsive and professional, and prepare my return with minimum of fuss.

Klarity Tax have work to do to become a customer focused organisation. At present they give the impression that all they are interested in is their own bottom line. Letters are not acknowledged and can take several months to be answered, even then questions are sometimes ignored, especially if they are out of the ordinary. Answers often appear to have been written by a computer, lacking any personal element. In general, Klarity Tax do not deal with customers in a timely or personal way. A rapid response is almost unheard of.
