From initial design to fitting, the team at Kitchen and Bedroom Studio have been great. Really happy with the final result. Excellent advice, quality of fitting and product. 5 stars are also given for how well they dealt with any issues. Would definitely recommend.

Great experience from start to finish. Great design ideas from Lee accompanied by fantastic customer service throughout. No ask too big for Pete (fitter) - if he could help, he did! Ours was a transformational project (wall down, wall up, large kitchen fit) and the Kitchen and Bedroom studio were perfect for the task - taking all the responsibility and hassle away from me! Would definitely recommend.

The whole team have been nothing short of brilliant with our kitchen design and installation. They worked closely with us and our builders to ensure space and time was used with maximum efficiency. We feel Troy went above and beyond to help us design a kitchen that is exactly what we wanted, and worked within our budget too. The staff were easily contactable and always there to answer any questions or run through any changes we had. The installation process was seamless and highly professional. I can't recommend them enough.

We are extremely pleased with the new layout and have actually gained space due to some very clever design suggestions. Lee listened and fully understood what we were hoping to achieve, we immediately felt at ease and trusted him. We didn’t want a radical change of style as our original kitchen suited our taste but we needed an upgrade that ‘future proofed’ our home as we get older!
The fitting went smoothly and we felt very comfortable with Pete in our house, he’s a very experienced fitter and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was explained as he went along; we had a couple of unforeseen issues that Pete sorted out efficiently in his usual calm, reassuring manner.
Replacing a kitchen can be a daunting prospect hahaha we were dreading it…but after day one we calmed down as we just knew we were in safe hands.
We are really glad we made the decision to use this Company and have already recommended them to three other couples without hesitation.

There are many good reviews about the Kitchen Studio which I can totally accept, however our experience after our research, word of mouth and initial visits was not not as good. There were unforseen issues which no one could have predicted but that aside and accepted the service was not what we expected. Pete our fitter could not be more accommodating and committed, credit to him.

In all to date it's been 13 weeks and we are still Ironing out a snag list. The layout design was in error not allowing a draw to open against a door architrave causing delays and moving of units to resolve. Delays in getting tiling done, to a point accept this but not waiting as long as we did. There were other small issues and product quality was not 100% as well and we dealt with these, but we do feel let down. When we placed our order we were assured we would get a visit or two from Lee to check progress and sort out any issues. Well 13 weeks later and we still have not seen him and feel let down. For the price we did expect better.

Would we use Lee again ? Probably yes but after a lot of research for other suppliers and some firm assurances from Lee. Would we recommend him ? Well we would advise of our experience and let them make their decision.

Kitchen Studio installed our kitchen in April 2018. Troy did a brilliant redesign of our kitchen which has worked extremely well for us over the last 4 years.
Their after sales customer service is also excellent. Whenever we have had any issues, Tiffany has always resolved them for us in a friendly and speedy fashion.

Troy was very friendly and put together a great visual representation of the works ahead of a smooth building process. Made a stressful process very pleasant.

A Hepplewhite product we had bought from Kitchen Studio 7 years ago had malfunctioned. We had no idea the product had a 10 year warranty. After contacting Kitchen Studio, Tiffany Apicella very helpfully informed us that our wardrobes were under guarantee and would be replaced with new doors and drawer fronts! It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Tiffany and Troy. The doors were delivered and look beautiful. We weren't looking for 'freebies' when we contacted them - we thought the doors might be able to be repaired (the laminate coating had peeled off on three of the doors). I cannot recommend this company enough. It's not often a company's customer service is this good.

We had our kitchen fitted out by The Kitchen & Bedroom Studio in 2019. The standard of work was extremely high and the service provided was excellent throughout the process. We recently had a very small issue with one of the kitchen doors which was immediately replaced by them. We have found Troy & Tiffany to be very helpful, polite and professional and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Originally, we looked at a large kitchen company; However, became more uncomfortable after paying the deposit when the agreed cost kept going up, the works didn’t follow the agreed plan.

We then went to The Kitchen & Bedroom Studio, in the Olde Watermill Barton. One of the best decisions we have ever made!!

Lee arranged a visit to our home to quote for a new kitchen, all new appliances, quarts worktops and flooring thought-out the downstairs including levelling it.

The start date was later than the other company but so worth the wait. We were updated throughout the process, the late change (s) of mind I made were done, nothing was too much trouble, truly felt valued as customers. All fitters and partners were exceptional, professional, a joy to have in our home, the attention to detail outstanding, every day the house was left clean and tidy which was greatly appreciated.

Lee and Rachel are amazing, so friendly, and worked hard to ensure the kitchen met our expectations. I couldn’t be happier we love our new kitchen and would recommend using The Kitchen and Bedroom Studio.

Had been shopping around for ages for a new kitchen and am so happy I found the Kitchen Studio! So much to choose from and really good quality products, their showroom had everything you could want I loved going through the samples!!

Met Lee and Rachel at their shop and you couldn’t meet two nicer people! They made the whole process feel like a breeze, couldn’t of been more helpful! I have a awkward layout downstairs but they had some great ideas to get the best out of my space.

Picked out a beautiful white kitchen, it was designed, measured and fitted with total ease, super pleased with how quick and stress free the kitchen fit was

I have known Lee Chapman Manager of Kitchen Studios since 2016 when he designed a kitchen for me.
His fitters are 1st class very friendly and helpful (bacon butties and cups of tea work wonders).
I had a couple of small issues that needed attention and they were sorted out quickly.
When I wanted my bedroom remodernised my first call was Kitchen Studios and I ended up with my dream bedroom.
Lee's design knowledge is brilliant and I would certainly recommend this business to anyone looking for interior design and installation

We sat down with the very patient and understanding Lee from Kitchen & Bedroom Studio to come up with a design that met all of our requirements for a challenging shaped area and in fact exceeded them all. His ideas and solutions meant a tailormade kitchen for us, including a secret Narnia door through to the utility room, and a complete relocation of all the main kitchen facilities.
Our kitchen really has the wow factor. All the work from heated flooring, tiling, wall removal, RSJ install etc managed through Peter (Installation and kitchen fitting) who was a pleasure to work with, nothing was too much trouble.
Would we recommend kitchen and Bedroom Studio ? 100% we would. We have highly recommended them to a number of people already.

Lee was amazing throughout designing our kitchen even when we made last minutechanges nothing was a problem. Five star service from design to fitting. I have since recommended friends and family and they have not been disappointed.

It is often said that of all re-fits, the kitchen is probably the biggest single project to undertake in the home where any mistakes can be both permanent and indeed very costly to rectify.

With this in mind we initiated our project setting out our dream kitchen in our minds eye and embarked on finding exactly what we desired. Kitchen Studio had admittedly been highly recommended to us so without fuss we arranged our first appointment with Lee.

Following a home visit and receipt of the CAD drawing soon after, our dream slowly took shape which involved several bespoke features just to complicate matters. With some minor adjustments, we were ready to go and their dedicated fitter began to bring all to fruition.

Over a year has already passed and the WOW factor still remains thanks to Lee’s hard work and dedication not to mention his amenability. No project can proceed without minor issues, especially as we were in the midst of the first lockdown; however Lee dealt with matters expediently and resolutions were reached without any derailment from the original plans but moreover, the deadline was fulfilled. His fitters were flexible and totally dedicated and we could not be happier with the end result. Thank you!
