My experience with Kitchen Magic was a good one when renovating my kitchen. The salesman was great, bringing appropriate appropriate samples based on what I described. The video shown was very educational and spared me from asking tons of questions. The job was completed in the timeline promised, and most workers were very professional. Hopefully the cabinets last for a good long time (I’m a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews). I’m really happy with the result (new cabinets and granite countertop). I only wish that one person contacted me throughout the job rather than multiple ones.

The Kitchen Magic was true to their words and plans and delivered the project in a timely, professional and issue-free manner. Overall great experience!

I recently had my kitchen cabinets renovated by Tom and Derek from Kitchen Magic, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, their professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to customer service were exceptional.

There were multiple issues with the project:

1. We were told by the salesman that the project would take two weeks. Since it was happening in December we wanted to be sure it was completed before the holidays. The project began December 9th where the entire kitchen was removed. We did not have a working sink until January 3rd.
2. As part of the project the stove was to be moved 6 inches to put in a corner cabinet. When the person came out to measure the space, he told us that the gas line needed to be moved for the cabinet to fit. He told us that we needed to hire someone else, because Kitchen Magic only did the cabinets. We had to scramble go find someone quickly.
3. The cabinets were installed within the two weeks, but no counter top or sink. Now we were into holiday weeks with no communication as to when it would be finished.
4. During the removal we discovered that we needed to replace the dishwasher. We purchased the new dishwasher and had it delivered. When the person came to install the countertop and sink, he told us that he couldn’t install the dishwasher. The contract stated that he was to reconnect the existing dishwasher not to install a new one.
5. We used the recommended finance company. They received multiple request for final payout well before we even had a sink.

Overall, it was not a good experience. The expectation was that they were remodeling our kitchen not just installing the cabinets.

This is an excellent company. Staff are real craftsmen who obviously take pride in their work. They show up when they say they will, they work full days and finish the job on time. We have had two houses done by them and could not be happier.

From start to finish, my experience with Kitchen Magic was phenomenal! I've heard so many horror stories, but I'm happy to say that I don't have one. The whole process was handled expertly. The customer service was stellar as was the quality of the work and employees. I love my cabinets and will highly recommend them to all.

Poor presentation by sales person. Misrepresenting many items in the process. Made claims about timeline and delivery that were incorrect. So many items including not delivering proper granite so job has to be redone. Failed to identify items that would impact installation. Poor coordination and communication by installation personnel and poor customer service. I could write a book.

11 years ago kitchen magic installed new cabinets, with a lifetime warranty. at the time i said poo poo, well lo and behold. they do honor the warranty, my cabinet doors and drawers material was peeling off. i contacted the company,they showed me my kitchen scematic on line. i pointed out which cabinets,they did send me the replacements at no charge to me.i would definatly by from them again. , they did deliver on promised date and time

Our experience working with Kitchen Magic was absolutely wonderful! Our kitchen was completed in January of 2023 and I have been meaning to write this review for some time, but have shy'd away from getting started because I'm so afraid I will leave something out. It's time I just begin. My husband and I had been wanting our kitchen remodeled for some time. We had researched and connected with multiple companies but it wasn't until our connection with Kitchen Magic that we felt confident enough to move forward with the project. The response time was immediate and we were treated as though we were spending a million dollars, despite not knowing our budget. A sales representative visited our home and asked us what we liked/didn't like about our kitchen to better understand our needs and provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements. What we liked most is that we were able to see and touch samples of cabinetry, countertop, backsplash, and hardware, on site in our kitchen while discussing options. I'll be honest, our sales representative was so personable and knowledgeable about Kitchen Magic's products and services that he had us at hello. We tried not to act too overly excited, but we had already made up our mind during this visit that it was a go! ;-) Kitchen Magic has generous financing options and we were thankful to find a fit that allowed us to begin our project as soon as a schedule would permit. Just a few short weeks following our initial telephone call, the designer arrived to take measurements and we were well on our way through the first steps. I have to share that the installers were extremely courteous and respectful when entering our home and making sure that everything in the kitchen (floor, walls, appliances) was well protected in preparation of installation. The project coordination throughout the process was top-notch and it was so nice to have one contact to reach out to with any questions we needed answers to. Every step of the project was a great experience and this is the part of the review that I referenced in the beginning when I said I was hesitant on writing sooner because I was afraid I would leave something out. I'm still afraid I'm going to leave something out, so let me not worry so much about telling you every wonderful thing about this experience and simply end with the fact that we LOVE our kitchen. It's functional, beautiful, and even enjoyable to clean up! We continue to share our Kitchen Magic experience with everyone we know. If you've read this far into the review (and I hope that you have) you can be rest-assured that choosing Kitchen Magic for your kitchen remodel is the best choice you can make. We had Kitchen Magic redo our kitchen many years ago.. It's now time to take advantage of their so called Lifetime Warranty.. What a Joke.. Every number I call is the same .. You're on hold for 20 minutes and still no one answers.. Emailing is a joke as well.. NO ANSWER.. NEVER AGAIN

HAD PHONE CALL 3.40PM TODAY TO CANCEL KITCHEN FITTING FOR 8AM TOMORROW FRIDAY MORNING. THEY WANT TO COME THE NEXT DAY, SATURDAY. THE ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT BOOKED FOR MONTHS. NO WAY ARE THEY COMING SATURDAY. I AM GOING TO SEE BARRY MANILOW LEEDS ARENA. BOOKED YEARS AGO AND CANCELED AND CANCELED DUE TO COVID. KITCHEN MAGIC OBVIOUSLY HAVE NO COMMITEMENT TO CUSTOMERS. IF A DATE IS BOOKED THAT'S THE DATE. YOU HAVE TO WAIT MONTHS AND MONTHS FOR A FITTING DATE, AND THEN THEY THINK THEY CAN JUST CANCEL AT WILL. OBVIOUSLY THEY MUST THINK CUSTOMERS ARE JUST THINGS TO BE USED TO OBTAIN MONEY IN THIS ' NEW WORLD' WE ARE LIVING IN!!!!! IN MY OLD FASHIONED WORLD A DEAL IS A DEAL AND A DATE AGREED IS A DATE TO BE ADHERED TO, SO DISGUSTED. THEY HAVE HAD HALF OF THE MONEY UPFRONT FOR MONTHS AND THEN THEY JUST THINK THEY CAN MOVE THE GOALPOSTS AT THEIR WILL. WELL THEY CAN'T FOR ME. I HAVE TOLD THEM I EXPECT FITTERS TO BE HERE 8AM TOMORROW MORNING AS AGREED. NO WAY WILL I RECOMMEND 'KITCHEN MAGIC' TO ANYONE. ALREADY HAD A DEBACLE WITH ANOTHER KITCHEN FIRM AND MANGED TO GET MY MONEY BACK. . OBVIOUSLY CUSTOMERS ARE OF NO IMPORTANCE. WE ARE JUST 'CASH COWS' TO BE MANIPULATED.

This debacle began in the fall of '21 and my fourth appointment has been scheduled three weeks from my third in March '22. All this time, inconvenience and upset in my home just to install molding, 18 door and 5 drawer fronts.
First appointment: molding left off order, five door fronts were defective but were installed anyway.
2nd appointment: a different installer, at my insistence, arrived to finish the job, or so I thought, to replace five door fronts and install molding. One of replacement door fronts was for the wrong side of cabinet and molding was the wrong color.
3rd appointment: replacement molding was installed, but 3rd iteration of cabinet door front had the holes for hinges in wrong location. Customer service promised me 'that they put extra measures in place for inspections of the last item to ensure it's correct'.
How disconcerting is that statement. After three follow up appointments Kitchen Magic is assuring me that on the fourth try they will finally get it right.
Kitchen Magic turned into Kitchen nightmare!

Work was done .. not satisfied with the results at the end .. called to find a solution how to fixed my situation.. was told I have to paid extra to get the job rectified.. mind me it’s a 5000$ project .. very dissatisfied.. never again

Their prices on countertops are extortionate and preposterous. For a quality quartz countertop we received quotes that ranged between $50 to $150 per square foot however with kitchen magic their absurd pricing for quartz countertops ranged between $500 to $700 per square foot. Their astronomical pricing is beyond human comprehension.

Customer service purposely lied to me about a appointment that she said she made but didn't because they gave me a quote and then they wanted to charge me more. If they really wanted to keep there customers happy they would have honered there quote, but they didn't care

I am really happy that I got the perfect shower door and bathtub that match the interior of my washroom. Thanks, Kitchen magic Authority for your fancy collections and that too at such an affordable price. People looking to buy such things can truly trust this site.

I had a Kitchen Designer come in to give an estimate. The running feet would be about 30 feet. I got estimates between $8000 to $9000 from other stores. The same for Kitchen magic was $31,000. This store/service needs to be in Hollywood not in Pa. Cant believe they are still in business for 20 + years with these costs.

I have had an amazing experience from Kitchen magic from start to finish. A knowledgeable employee First came to my house and helped us plan our new kitchen. She recommended helpful changes to increase storage space, add function and esthetics. We even added a much larger quartz island and the cost was about a third of a total kitchen remodel. Arben Gjokazaj was meticulous about the fine details of the project. I could not find anything to complain about! You can tell he really cares about the craftsmanship he completes. Best yet there is a life time warranty on the work. Our kitchen is now modern looking with no hassle. They completed the entire job when we were on vacation. It does not get better than that😊.
