Unfortunately, one of the four rubber feet were missing from the basket (for sink). Following a phone call, the girl very helpful and put extra "feet" in post to me - pleased with basket now.

Rang them right away and no problem they arranged to get it returned and a new one sent within a couple of days. No hassle. Love the hob.
