Couldn't be happier with Kismet Collections! I ordered three items which shipped separately. 2/3 of my order came early, but the last item unfortunately got lost in transit. When I reached out to Kismet about this they were more than eager to make the situation right. I didn't have to ask for a single thing. These guys really do value the customer. I will shop here in the future and encourage my friends to shop here as well!

Great communication and nice people. I ordered a size too small in a dress and they worked/communicated great to help me fix the order. While the dress was too small it was of high quality and arrived in good timing. I would order from this site again

This company truly strives on customer service. I had an experience with the Ava Cotton overalls being a little too big for my liking. I had emailed them, and got a response from Marinor right away, and I felt valued as a customer. They're responses were very fast, providing me with many options on how to further go ahead with the matter.
At the end I walked away feeling very happy with how it all turned out.
It is always nice supporting smaller business' because you know that you will get exceptional customer service.

Customer service was a breath of fresh air. I had a small fault on the overalls that I ordered and Kismet immediately sent a replacement pair with zero effort from me. I loved the overalls I received and I'll definitely be ordering again.

Kismet Collections is a fun shop that I have found with great prices!! They have such fun options in clothing, jewelry, accessories, etc. They aren’t the same as everyone else out there which is refreshing! Every time I have ordered it has been a pleasant experience including the process online, privacy, customer service, and shipping! My items have always arrived in the time they have estimated! The quality is great too especially at such great prices, this is a huge plus for me! It is a gamble shopping online sometimes the quality doesn’t add up! Recently I had a mishap on an order of a discount not being properly applied through the site and customer service was excellent! They replied the same day and quickly applied the discount, my money was refunded to me the next day! Plus they were super sweet during communication!

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone, however just bare a few things in mind: items do take a long time to arrive; and they do have their own size chart so make sure to check your sizes against that before purchasing (maybe I'm a bit wet behind the ears when it comes to online buying!). They are amazing at offering size exchanges when something is wrong and are very quick to respond to queries - customer support is really excellent. Also I LOOOOOOVE my new clothes from them. They are great quality.

My Item was lost in transit unfortunately, but customer service was fast to respond and give me a refund. :)

Ive had great service and absolutely love the overalls that I have ordered from this company.
I had one little problem but it was taken care of very quickly by them. I will be ordering again for sure they have some great stuff.

kismet collection has been great! I was sent the wrong order, and they responded in a timely manor and have been great in assisting me to get me the correct order! The product they did accidentally send is great material too :) I’m excited to get it my right earrings!

I am giving Kismet 5 stars merely based off of their costumer support. Not to mention their trendy and comfortable clothes.

I had a mishap with one of my orders and I reached out and within 24hrs they got back to me and not only helped fix my issue but refunded me with my choice of store credit or cash!

They're shipping takes a little long, but it is understandable and worth it knowing it is coming from local artist vendors. I will continue to shop with them because they're clothes and other product are great!

As an artist myself I love that this online store is so passionate about supporting independent artists all over the place.

I recently made a purchase of two items from their store, and one arrived quickly which was great!
Unfortunately the second item was lost in transit, however after getting in touch with their team this issue was resolved quickly and they were very helpful and very friendly too!

Awesome customer service! I ordered 2 items, which did take a long time to arrive, but it's clearly stated on the site so I expected a bit of a wait. One of my items was misdelivered, but found! So all turned out OK, and in the meantime customer service was super, super prompt. I'm also very happy with the quality, both are very comfortable :)

Although my overalls weren't the right fit, I really appreciated the customer service here. I will continue to shop at Kismet because I know that they are there to give their customers the best quality and experience!

Love love love this site! I have ordered a hoodie, kimono and the hope overalls and although i did not find the hope overalls nice at all when they came the team had no problem refunding me and it only took one day. No hassle at all and they are so nice and helpful! The hoodie was gorgeous and so was the kimono. I cant wait until my next orders arrive! I ordered 2 cotton overalls, the homey pants and a green crop top with buttons.

I’ve purchased from this store multiple times and I love the products. I receive lots of compliments on my purchases as well. As for my recent purchase, one of my packages got lost. I reached out to their customer service and they reissued my package almost instantly. Definitely would recommend!
