Around January they say they’re closing down then they been posting new stuff . But when I asked they if they’re closing down no answer. I know you took off store but I was also wondering if I can still create and sell products from your website because last time I remembered was you all said you’re shutting down . Can I still use the website to creat my art merchandise and sell them and can I transfer my stuff to one of my websites like site123.com . I hope you answer this because back in January I asked the question about if you’re shutting down and no answer .)
They did not answer. I asked them this again yesterday, still no answer . The lack of communication and not answering is wrong . I feel like it did close down then some bought the rights to kincustom and mess things up that’s how I
Feel . But they need to learn to answer . I could be one of the greatest artist using there site and no answer from them but I have not got any sale yet . If there is a place like kincustom but more that is safer like kincustom and connect to platforms like site123 with no charge and everything, I might go but zero places in the world like that but bad costomer service by not answering and other places are unsafe and charge you . I still contenue using kincustom but they need to answer people but I hope they won’t mess up my stuff if I get sales again .

Immediately, I would like to say this SHOULD be a five star review, but I will explain why it has to be four, with the hope that whoever reads this understands something very important about customer service.
Off the bat, Kin Custom is THE BEST POD service I have tried and I have tried a few.
Their prints are vivid and detailed. Their tags, packaging, and garment tags are comparable to none.
Their shipping is great, however this is where things became a bit tricky for me.
After my order shipped, I was told that one wrong item came along in my order, in place of one of my own items. They noticed this before the shipment was anywhere close to arriving to me. They alerted me, and also confirmed my item was already shipped. This type of service you will not find anywhere else. I only left four because they obviously have room for improvement when it comes to quality control for shipping. As a business, we all have room for improvement, what's most important is Kin Custom makes you feel like your art is important and your brand is valued. They took care of the issue immediately and are also fast with email replies.
The garments are all good quality - actually far better than I or my customers expected.
If you're looking for an all-around great POD experience, Kin Custom will not disappoint!

Merging with Shopify might be a bad ideal.
I think merging with shopify is a bad ideal and I say that because I used to deal with a company called RageOn Official and they lost millions after merging with Shopify, they didn't do what they said they in there contract, basically they got screwed big time and I lost money and millions of independent stores lost money including the platform don't make the same mistakes.

Incredible Business Structure!
I swear, I will never find a better option to design clothes. I can’t seem to find a con when not only designing clothes, but ordering and even wearing my designs.
I was always enthralled of the idea of wearing something custom made or something that fits my style. The process of designing clothes is beyond easy to work with as well.
Even though the shipping process upon ordering a sample takes a while, I could only imagine how long it would take me to print some of my very busy designs on a hoodie, let alone ship it accross the planet from the manufacturing plant in China.
I have recommended it to many of my other friends, and have even made one of one custom designs, ranging from streamers and other variations of content creators, friends and family. I will be using Kin Custom for as long as they remain in business (which I hope lasts forever)!

The worst DropShipper just run…right now!
First I must say, I love the look of their products and I created some awesome stuff but I could never sell it. I tried to used them for drop shipping and boy was that a bad idea. I could never import my customers orders. It was literally a nightmare. It took 3 days for Kin Custom to respond to my email for assistance. That is not ok when you are running a business and your order is supposed to ship within 3 days. Kin Custom doesn’t offer a customer service number for communication and that is a huge problem. I spent over 4 hours emailing Alison who seems to be the only person responding to the emails and she had the nerve to complain to me about sending 2 separate email tickets when she failed to help me import my orders. We could have spoken on the phone and fix the problem in 5 minutes but they do not offer that. You can only communicate by emailing. I was never able to import my orders and that was not the only problem. I went to set up “branding” something new they offered and that didn’t work either. I had to remove all KinCustom products from my store and literally have not gotten another response. They just gave up trying to help me. Do Not waste your time with this drop shipper. Find another company more advanced like printful or printfy who both offer a seem-less process. I’m so disappointed I ever wasted my time but their site looked so professional and I was tricked into believing they were professional. Not!!

As a reminder, our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9AM-5PM ET. Our brand promise is to respond within 48 hours or the next business day, which we did accomplish by replying at the start of business on Monday, August 9. We understand that some customers prefer speaking with someone on the phone, and while we do not have a phone line, we do have 100% US based customer support that responds via email through our ticket system to properly track and document support inquiries.
Upon further review of your ticket history, I see that Alison spent several hours going above and beyond basic support while trying to help you with your technical inquiries. It is true that opening multiple tickets will not get the issue resolved faster, and in some cases, makes it more difficult to track what has been shared, which can delay resolving the issue. Our platform was designed to be easy to use, requiring only a basic level of technical knowledge regarding CSV files and importing/exporting files when using third party sales channels, such as Etsy. We apologize that this was not the experience you had. Our team did ask for you to send us an HAR file to have our IT team review for further troubleshooting assistance, but we have not yet received this file so were unable to dig deeper into the issue. Regarding the custom branding, I see that Alison provided guidance on changing the name of the logo as a way to troubleshoot, as she was able to successfully test and complete the action on her end.
Overall, our team gave clear instructions based on the information you provided regarding the custom branding and order import inquiries, and we apologize that you were still unable to complete the process. We are more than happy to continue the conversation and assist you if you still wish to sell the items you invested time into designing and adding to your shop. We would love the opportunity to turn this experience around for you! Simply reply to your original ticket and we will respond promptly.

I placed an order with my sons company a THE JORDAN MILLER and didn't get the product that I ordered. this order was placed on 7/8/2021 with no reply when he reached out to see why my order never came. He has been emailing and they aren't answering I want my product, I told him to look else where and use another company. THIS COMPANY SUCKS

Company needs new options and needs to add more material options to choose from like cotton , polyester is ok but not on everything some of the womens items look cheap and feel cheap. if they can add basket ball shorts as a option and options to pick how you want your mens swim trunks to come instead of having the stock underwear come inside them. Being they are making items in china they should understand competition and fashion. the items on the site are generic items and not all the time will you get good items depending on your logo and if you use the whole garment with you logo. If they added a cotton option with the all over print that would be better add a better location option for screen print on the T -shirts. the track pants are extremely small and dont fit tall men over 6ft tall they are very thin and cheap looking. If you guys can improve this by adding these updates you will be a big company in coming months to years. but i would not recommend using this site if you are looking for Good quality and and pricing on garments. just find a direct supplier yourself and you can get these items done for way cheaper.. Embroidery should be a option you should add now as a on demand company..

Due to the nature of the sublimation process, we only offer this print method on polyester, and therefore have a predominantly polyester catalog. Please note that due to the nature of our Print On-Demand capabilities, we are not always able to consider certain products that do not meet our product guidelines.
We hate to hear that your first impression of our products was not a good one. We have extremely high quality standards and are happy to say that all of our products are handmade to order and crafted with the highest quality, ethically sourced materials. Our preferred suppliers provide ECO PASSPORT by OEKO-TEX© certified ink and STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX© certified material as well as certifications from SGS Printing, and FSC packaging made from 100% recycled materials. The best I've found for print on demand.
I was a little worried to use this company, based on some of the older reviews. However, I've been using KinCustom for a few months now. I can't say I've had zero issues, but any issues/questions I had were responded to within a day. This is much more than i can say for alot of the other POD companies out there.
I really like the branding option for my items. It makes everything look super professional.
At first i didn't want to make any promises to my customers about how quickly they would receive them items (coming from China), but now I'm pretty sure in saying they'll have it within 2 weeks (premium shipping).
Though I've only been creating their swimsuit wraps and bathing suits so far, the print quality is great. The colors come out rich and bright.
I, too, wish there were more clothing items available. I love the halter dress, just wish there was an ankle-length version.

Dissapointed on quality and customer service
Sadly, I have been using Kin Custom since last year when I opened my online shop but this year their customer service has really slipped. I emailed to ask why I am getting products I ordered for customers at the same time sent to me separately, and I have yet to get a reply. I sent it in February!!!!! Lately, also the cost of shipping has increased but the level of service is no better. I just don't understand why it's gone up??
Furthermore, I have been looking at producing leggings for my store and despite going through the process, designing something, and then getting a sample, I was so disappointed at the cheap quality of the leggings were!!! They were See-through so you could not even wear them outside the house. They were just cheap and terrible but the cost to a shop is very high for the cheap quality. So overall, feeling a little disappointed. I am really hoping that Kin Custom pays attention to this review and takes my comments seriously instead of ignoring them.
ADDITION IN REPLY TO BELOW: your economy shipping has not been available for a long time so not sure why you are mentioning it in your reply. Your shipping is now expensive or more expensive!
Regarding the leggings, I created a black design with flowers on the site leg and still when I put them on they were see-through. So quality is just cheap!

In general, our production facility ships items as they are ready, and will not necessarily wait for an entire order to be completely fulfilled to ship. We do this because not all items within an order will finish at the same time and we want to get customers their items as quickly as possible.
Regarding the cost of shipping, our flat rate shipping prices have not changed and are still $4.99 per product for Economy and $6.99 per product for Premium. Express shipping cost, which is what you may be referring to, is not dictated by Kin Custom. This rate is determined and set by the carrier based on the weight of the items within your order. Express shipping cost can vary and has likely increased as a result of heightened global shipping demands.
The leggings that Kin Custom offers do have opportunities for improvement and we have made note of this with our Product Development team. We are actively looking at other options to provide a better legging product in the future. At this time, we advise using darker designs on the leggings, as the lighter designs can have that see-through effect on the current product.
