Ich habe am Samstag den 31.10.2020 den Joie litetrax 4 Kinderwagen bestellt und bin so sehr begeistert vom Versand, Ablauf und natürlich dem Kinderwagen selbst. Die Lieferung erfolgte sehr sehr schnell, Dienstag den 3.11.2020 hatte ich morgens mein bestellten Kinderwagen obwohl angegeben war Versand 5-7 Tage (aber lieber mehr Tage angeben als wenn man vergeblich wartet ;-) )

Die Lieferung erfolgte innerhalb von drei Werktagen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Ware, alles top!

Avoid this company at all costs!
Avoid this company at all costs!! 1 star is too high. Impossible to believe that a business as unprofessional and unethical as this one can survive. Read the reviews on google and you'll see that there are so many people saying the same about this company.
Simply the single worst online shopping and customer service experience of my life. We were promised 2 day delivery and now its 5 weeks since the order and we have neither received the package nor refund. It was for an expensive baby car seat and we cannot afford to by another until our money is returned.
The customer service people there either don't reply or contradict themselves each time with a different excuse. It's impossible to know what the truth is with our order. They have refused to give us a refund as requested, which we understand that we are entitled to under EU consumer laws.
We used Amazon Payments to process our payment. To their credit Amazon are also chasing them for our refund. The Amazon agent also told us that Kids Comfort are obliged to refund our money and have advised them to do so now 3 times, yet Kids Comfort seems to not be complying with their legal obligations so its time to warn other consumers about this company.
These people are rude and a nightmare to deal with. You will regret shopping with this company. Avoid them at all costs.

Great service, fast delivery, superb quality
We have ordered a Cybex car sear, quinny footmuff and Quinny wheels for the pushchair. It took only 4 days for the products to be delivedered to Finland. As a present we got a Sun curtains for the car and a discount coupon. Will make purchases on kidscomfort.eu again. Definitely recommend!!!

SUPER service og gode priser
Købte en Römer autostol hos dem gennem ebay. Stolen kom efter 3 dage, som lovet, men med det forkerte betræk. Jeg skrev til dem og fik svar med det samme, og de sendte uden bøvl straks et nyt betræk uden at jeg skulle sende det gamle tilbage.
God kundeservice viser sig først når der opstår fejl - som vi jo alle sammen kan komme til - og i dette tilfælde håndterede de det virkelig godt.
