There are liars and you don’t get paid correctly. You get less money for what you worked for one week 12 hours. Don’t waste your time.

This company forget to pay and then they mess up your pay so badly that you end up getting less than half of your salary and tell you to get in contact with HMRC because apparently it’s not their fault. When things go wrong theyre just not interested and they don’t return messages or calls when you need help. An absolute cowboy company. While I was working for them exactly the same happened to another colleague who also decided to quit. Wages are very important and I worked a full live in week on a £850 plus holiday rate and received £370. They thought that was ok!!!. They are great at getting you signed up but nothing beyond that.

I would highly recommend. This company has gone above and beyond with helping me. They have communicated clearly with both myself and the company I will be working for. They have stayed in regular contact at all times and have kept me up to date throughout the whole process. They have been very understanding and very supportive.

Not good avoid! The company did not pay properly.

Key Health is a company that should be investigated by the government. They are not a competent company, and lack direction. I emailed the payroll to ask for my accrued holiday hours and later asked for my P45 weeks past by with no response, I received 2 emails from two different staffs contradicting each other on contract, they do not care about staffs welfare all they care about is to get the shift covered just to make their own money. Staffs sometimes don’t get paid and when you challenge them they won’t pick up your call, sometimes they swap your shifts around without you being notified.Even when informed by the home that a certain staff is required for the shift. They are not well organised as an agency I will never recommend anyone to work for them.

Hard sell intrusive BS spam emails . Why would you trust them with your health?

Absolutely nightmare.

They start to email me. Two different person at the same time. I answered for the first,.I asked something. Of course she didn't not replied for my emy. The second person also received an answer however and I asked does it possible to manage something regarding payments? He said on weekdays he has munch difficult things to solve that that. I highlighted via phone this is under authority of payroll team and he will manage. So far he gave me absolutely fake information and promises and I just lost my time with and absolutely beginner or just clueless staff by this company.

I raised a complaint to regulate or train their staff to do not give fake information and don't ask things which is not exist and you are not able to provide... They had time to deal with that. They didn't.
The management proved their are on same 'level'
This usually true the low quality management has low requirements which result a low quality, clueless staff.
Wasted time to deal with them at all.
