Iv had both the clippers and beard trimmer for just over a year, both have worked great. I recently reached out with a query regarding realignment of the blades & had a very helpful and prompt response, solving my issue with a personalised video to help, also sent me some new blades to use for future!

Excellent products - used a few trimmers and shavers over the years but this one is the best I've used! Easy to clean and glides like a prime Swedish ice dancer.

Excellent shaver and excellent customer service, I recently reached out to them as I lost my 2mil shaver head, they not only sent me out the 2mil but three other size heads too. They didn’t have to do this but did. Fantastic company.

I have tried a few popular beard trimmers, and nothing has worked well on my coarse beard hair.

I’ve been using the Skull Shaver, Foil Shaver, Raptor Pro Detailer, and the upgraded Crown Jewels 3-in-1 body trimmer — and I’m very impressed.

I’ve had the raptor pro razor for a few months now and it is the best electric razor I’ve owned, provides a great even shave and doesn’t get caught or pull hairs at all! Also excellent customer service. Would highly recommend!

Exceptional in every way. I have owned several clippers from every one of the big brands. Wired/wireless and ones costing 100’s of dollars. Absolutely nothing and I mean nothing compares to the quality of these products. So much so that I bought ones for travel and for home and was considering getting more just in case something was to happen to one of mine. In fact, when the tariff thing happened and I couldn’t get my product from them, I waited instead of buying something else. These are hands down just the best pickup pets out there. Do not hesitate one second to purchase!

The quality of the products is amazing, and they’re much cheaper than other brands selling similar stuff. I had loads of questions, and they answered all of them really kindly. I’m super happy with my purchase!

Kev is a top bloke, had an issue with the skeleton beard trimmer through my own fault. Contacted him and he had it back and sent me a replacement super fast. I cover the costs as it was my fault. Note to everyone… don’t get it wet 🤦🏼‍♂️

These are the best clippers I’ve ever owned. Very sharp and a closer shave than I’ve ever had - and at an affordable price!!! Love them. Their delivery was quick, customer service attention to detail high so I am one happy customer.

I absolutely love your shaver, unfortunately o dropped it on the floor which caused the shaver to break and I ordered a replacement but it was the wrong one. I tried to order a new one but unfortunately you weren’t able to ship me one but eventually I received the replacement. I hope to be able to use it again soon!

I purchased the Raptor Pro Detailer which was dispatched rapidly and when I emailed a question around delivery, my question was also responded to rapidly.
When the product arrived, I watched Kevin Junior’s YouTube video around the correct technique to use the product then tested it out. Worked fantastic. It also looks great.
Great product and great customer service.

Received a broken skull shaver, the screen was faulty and it wouldn’t hold charge (I sent proof of this). Was told to send it back and then got told it was further damaged in the post. Even though it was broke and unusable anyway. Any excuse to not have to honour the warranty. Terrible customer service would never buy from them again. Also the feel of the products is very cheap plastic material. Spend your money elsewhere. Since writing this review I have received messages on social media of other customers that have had a terrible experience with Kevin. The reply he’s offered is a classic technique used by people like him, he already had pictures and video proof of a broken shaver the screen broke from new and the fact it wouldn’t hold charge and stay on. Any little excuse to void warranty, next it would have been I didn’t send 1st class or some bull
