Quality kit.

I’m intrigued by the negative reviews because I, and the friends I have recommended the products to (all verified customers with actual orders) have nothing bad to say about the products, service or quality. I bought the original Skeleton beard trimmer (silver and unbranded) several years ago. Then the black ones were released with the guards included. I have waited patiently for my silver one to go blunt, die, not charge or lack performance so I could get the newer model. Alas… it’s still going. Still charging and with an incredible battery life. Still trimming with accuracy and not giving me any reason to upgrade. I ended up buying the guards separately (they weren’t an option when they first came out) and I binned my other Braun beard trimmer as it died (fourth different one to do so) and now use the Skeleton for my beard as well.

Great quality products and cracking service. Ignore the negative reviews, they have no substance and are obviously keyboard warriors with terrible facial hair.

My products were better than expected. For the price I expected mediocrity however this wasn't the case. The product itself in which I purchased was the skeleton beard trimmer. A greatly put together well engineered razor which allows for an incredibly comfortable and professional looking shave. 5/5 Would buy again.

The trimmer itself is just subpar when it comes to function. It feels nice in your hand, and appears to be high quality, but the blade and cutting is so much worse than expected. Nothing like the social media ads. Then when you go return it, it costs more to ship it back (from the USA) than its worth. Would not recommend.

Glad to see accurate reviews on here - the ones on the company website are clearly filtered. The products are poor quality. The owner is very rude and could do with going on a course on customer engagement, as you can see from his comments to reviews on here.

Save yourself money and hassle and just buy something cheap on Amazon. You'll get the same product without a silly skull logo on, and with Amazon's return policies.

Purchased several products for Christmas presents and everyone has been raving about the quality and feel of the shavers, I will now be buying more for myself

Avoid at ALL costs, seller rude, arrogant and very immature!

Will not refund the shipping which was paid and does not refund the returns shipping. Have reported them to trading standards, HMRC, Google and Shopify(who require as a legal standpoint for sellers to offer returns and refunds), if these are not made available website owners do not have the authority to sell online!

2 bob company !! Ordered a product from the website….however the website automatically changed the delivery address to an alternative address when the order was completed. The company will not admit liability even with photo & video evidence of the address being changed automatically. The person on the other end of the email is a big time Charlie who claimed my address wasn’t registered and tried wriggling out of my complaints suggesting I was a scam. AVOID THIS COMPANY. First review I have left in my life but I couldn’t let this one go. Terrible company & service.

I can't fault this company at all, the customer service is impeccable. The response time is one of the shortest I've ever experienced and most importantly the products sold are insane. I bought my beard trimmer quite a while back and yesterday was the first time I charged the battery. (after losing the charger lead, I messaged to see how I could get a new one and the new one was with me in a week, no charge) my honest opinion is the negative reviews must be rival brands, I just don't see how anybody could get such a difference customer experience to myself. If I could I'd give 6 stars out of 5.cant recommend enough, and what a perfect Christmas gift any of these items would make - The Big Bearded Guy

Don't let their ads fool you, these are cheap Chinese products with branding stuck on them.

I left a comment on their Facebook advert, it got hidden. You can click 'view all comments' rather than 'view relevant comments' on any of their Facebook ads and you'll see all the reviews the company hides. Glad to see real reviews on here.

The owner if you do try and reach out is rude and unprofessional, as mentioned in a number of other reviews.

If you're gonna buy a cheap Chinese trimmer just get it off amazon. You'll get the same thing for half the price.

Really poor customer service. Owner is rude and unhelpful. Products are not great quality. Can only assume the reviews they have on their site are sifted and any negative ones not included. If you look at all their ads on Facebook etc they've hidden loads of comments with negative reviews.

Really bad customer service. Posted my product back after my friend told me how his snagged his skin allot. They deny ever receiving it. Bunch of rookies with no care for customer satisfaction. Money down the drain!

Bad company bad customer service. If ur machine is faulty. Thats it. Game over. They wont replace or reply to your email. All there good reviews are from there own people. This company wont last long. It will closed down soon.

So now u no I ain’t from turkey. U speaking sence. No I ain’t my hussain that returned a machine after 14 days. U got the wrong person. Go back to your emails. Be professional and reply back to ur emails. You got so many complains you don’t even remember who is who. Wers the warranty gone? Mine was faulty. Followed all steps. No responses. After seeing the rest feedback. I new this company service is bad

5 stars for the product and customer service.
I made a mistake when ordering and the customer services team sorted it out really quickly to ensure I got the product I ordered.
Having tried each product in the beard,balls and nose bundle I can say the product perform well, feel and look good.
The stand could hold the trimmers a little more snugly so they don't wobble so much, And would be great if the guards came in little draw-string bags rather than plastic bags. This would really complement the overall quality and presentation of the products. Would definitely reccomend buying with this company.

Wrote two reviews on the website and none got posted which only tells me they did not like it being posted.

The beard and balls trimmer stopped working and I found it difficult to get in touch and have a smooth return. I was asked to send photos and videos and also asked to return the accessories it came with. The hair clipper also loses battery after a few uses. the products look good and work well while they work but they are not long-lasting and the returns is a joke.
