Product what i ordered quicly and efficiently

When the item arrived it was well packed and looks good.

It is not made clear that the products are not new.
My product had obviously been used once, the box was ripped and a piece was missing (not an essential piece).
But the item was in excellent, almost new condition and the customer service was very good. My queries were dealt with quickly and the missing piece was sent to me within a couple of days.

Arrived quickly and as described.

For a graded item it is fantastic

Not clear in sales marketing that this was not a new item
or that Kettle and Toaster were not selling on normal warranty and returns terms. ONLY 30 Days to claim
When item (Teasmade) opened and used clock kept stopping - requested return told had to pay return cost - returned it told was working fine and would have to pay to get it back, paid - still the same not working told to return again but would have to pay return cost -

Easy to order and cheaper than other sites

This is one of the worst Companies I have ever dealt with and I would absolutely avoid at all costs. The product was faulty when first received and returned and then the same product was resent and again didn't work. When I then insisted on a refund they agreed but deducted a 15% restocking charge and refused to refund the £10 overnight delivery charge. Avoid Please!!!

Don’t remember reading anywhere that this was a refurbed or returned item
It had no three year guarantee as stated on the box and no instruction manual
However thankfully the air fryer appears to be working well and we have managed to work it using you tube videos
Contacted the company who said the only supply a six month guarantee

Really happy to have got hold of an item that's out of stock everywhere else. It arrived quickly, it works and I can see any signs of damage whatsoever.

Bought a fancy beer keg which allows you to have draught beer on tap.
It never worked, unfortunately my son in law didn’t tell me until quite some time later.
But I assumed naively that every product has a 12 month warranty.
No, this company halve the warranty to 6 months.
Why would you buy from them given this level of protection.

Poor advertising led me to buy a reconditioned poor quality product when unthought I was going a new product
Flippant responses to complaint which seemed to be pre drafted as the complaint I made was a common occurrence
Would NOT recommend
Currently waiting for my refund after asking to return the product
