Good supplements shall keep buying them

Terrible service, I have not received my product and they sent me a false tracking number. I thought it was a scam and I don't think I was far wrong

They're just straight up ignoring my multiple emails querying my order. Placed 5 weeks ago and never received, emailed support on 3 different occasions, not one reply. They've straight up just took my money

I have been purchasing the Hair Fiber for years now and about 3 months ago, I also got the hair growth bundle. I must say the hair growth is remarkable and I may soon not require the hair fiber at all.. lol.

ships very slowly from US but website doesn't make this clear. customer service were on the ball but obviously unable to do anything changing delivery time expectations. still haven't seen the product but feels irrelevant at this point

Still haven’t received my order and communication is very poor. Oh well won’t be ordering again.

I ordered the product in December, paid about 30 euros for it and have never received it. I have sent a lot of emails but haven't received an answer to any. There is no option on the site for asking for a refund. Is this site a scam? Do they actually still sell the product?

I waited 2 months to receive my product last february with an expiration date of March 2022 ! They sent me another one following my complaint...in March ...with the same expiration date ! Since that, no answer at all to my new complaint. Very disappointed. so much time wasted for nothing.

If your hair is thinning, this is the right product. Unbelievable results. Please try it!

The product works well with the atomizer as long as the container isn't low on fibers...

Have used KeraFiber for about 15 years because I have very fine hair and it makes it much easier to style. Evidently they have discontinued the conditioner which I really loved and wish they would bring back.

I use the fiber for shaping my hairline also using their hairline optimizer. And I must say that you get addicted to it. Use it once, use it daily!!

Love your products. I have a couple of small bald spots on the top of my head, and KeraFiber fills them in nicely. I apply dark brown and top it off with grey. I have grey and dark brown hair and the cover is amazing!

please don't waste your money ordering this companies product they won't arrive and you will keep getting fobbed off by customer services with "we have had some delivery problems with Yodel and your product will arrive in 3 working days" and it never happens

Great product but poor service ,

Yodel misplace the order and inform them that its lost which is no fault of my own ,

Having to wait weeks to get them to just resend out a new order then to get told I will have to wait on head office to fix the problem

Then when I decide I want to cancel the order to get my money back I have been told they don’t know when and I should wait for contact from them

Very unfair as it's not my fault surely once you find out that yodel loose a customer's order you would think they would apologies and send another one soon as

I have purchased they products for some time and to be treated this way is not fair and not good customer care…
