Great service from start to finish. Got a prompt response to my pre order query really quickly from Luke. Updates on when it would delivered, it then arrived on the stated day. Good solid packaging around the item I ordered.

Only reason I haven’t given 5 is due to quite a high delivery cost when ordering a single item. I would have given 4.5 if that was an option.

We were looking to match existing laminate flooring in our house and the price on Ken’s Yard’s website was very competitive with other suppliers around the UK.
Not being familiar with purchasing flooring in store or online, I called the Customer Services number with a few questions - all answered by Luke who was very patient, friendly and helpful.
Went ahead and ordered the flooring and added a preferred delivery date in the instructions (2 days from order date), per Luke’s suggestion.
Unfortunately they hadn’t had enough stock in their warehouse at the time of ordering but after speaking to Luke, he was able to source the rest from another warehouse - and they were still able to accommodate our preferred delivery date. I was impressed!
The delivery driver was also very friendly and helpful on the day.
The laminate flooring was as expected and a perfect match to our existing flooring.
We were very satisfied with the whole experience and would gladly recommend Ken’s Yard.

Kens Yard was the only place I could find the flooring I needed to match other flooring in the house which I am very pleased about.The delivery did not happen on the day specified but I think that was down to the courier and not Kensyard. Good customer service on the phone from Luke.

Order on line was easy. Follow up email on delivery was friendly and advised of timed slot on a day I chose. Product was as described with no damage. Price was lowest I found after two weeks searching. The flooring itself (Kahrs) is fantastic and even came with free underlay. I would definitely use Ken's Yard again.

Website easy to navigate. Kahrs engineered oak flooring arrived very quickly, including the scotia ordered with it; easy to lay and looks great. Would use again.

I ordered some wood floor recently and initially was not happy with the quality of the floor; however, Luke responded to my concern very quickly and did his best to sort out the issues. I will recommend Kens Yard for their customer service.

Good quick service but you pay for it. very expensive for add on's. I wanted one pack of flooring to match some existing I have down, which was advertised at £69.00 but because I only wanted one pack they charged me at check out £123.00, oh well I will search a bit harder next time for a better deal.
