The sales staff at Maypole Place were very pleasant and helpful. Special mention to Encarna and Mark. Mark was especially helpful on the day we moved in.
Since then there have been snagging issues which have been dealt with by Neil in his patient and cheerful manner. The build quality is generally good, complemented by quality appliances. The heat pump keeps the house at a comfortable temperature, even on the coldest nights. We would have liked a lot more solar panels. Three is not enough.

Mark Rosier has been exceptional. We felt very well supported by Mark throughout the process. His expertise and determination has driven the purchase of our dream home despite the ups and downs.

Kendrick Homes has also gone above and beyond. We really appreciate all your their help.

I've recently completed on my first home at Cygnets Rest in Drakes Broughton. The house is beautiful and it already feels like home.

From the initial contact to site Encarna has been amazing and it's been a really smooth process buying the property. There was never any pressure to buy extras or upsell.

Encarna is such a vibrant person and is always cheerful to deal with and nothing is too much trouble. She is a credit to Kendrick.

Handover was smooth and the site finish is excellent. I cannot wait to see the whole site finished, it's going to be beautiful.

The site team have been responsive to any queries too which is great. Everyone working on site seems happy and it doesn't feel like anything is rushed.

Encarna at cygnets rest made our first home purchase experience so easy, keeping us informed the whole way through and treating us like her friends I wouldn’t of wanted anyone different helping us through the process thank you so much ☺️

Recently went through the process of selecting a new home and completing.

Very smooth experience from start to finish with the help of Encarna at the Cynets Restaurant development in Drakes Broughton updating me at every stage all the way through.

As a first time buyer this was essential as I had never experienced the process before.

Love the environment and staff, very friendly and home like. Bit expensive but definitely worth the money. Davinder and Howard are prime examples of kind staff who go out to their way to help.

After many months of uncertainty and concern regarding water ingress into our bay window ceilings we would like to thank customer care, Neil Bennett, and the tradesmen involved from Kendrick Homes for their response and professionalism in diagnosing the problem, coming to a solution and the excellent quality of the remedial work.

A shout out to Malcolm and Kasia for a smooth and professional sales process on the purchase of our new Kendrick home. Only surpassed by Neil for 'above and beyond' handover on completion, even helped with moving boxes and furniture in for us! (moving ourselves), nothing was too much trouble and he kept in close communication at all times.

Lucie Langford from my very first appointment has always been understanding, professional and helpful, with a smile. We are settling in nicely. Just hoping the landscaping will now flourish. 🌳

We have now been in our beautiful family home at Laureate Ley, Minsterley for just over 2 months.

From initial viewing, to the many (many, many) repeats visits to decide where our new furniture was going to go,or just to admire our soon to be new home, Marco was the absolute best adviser we could ever have asked for. He was on the ball with chasing our buyer, our mortgage company and our solicitors to make the process as smooth as possible, all whilst ensuring the whole thing was as stress and hassle free as possible. He is a true asset and a gentleman.

The home itself is stunning, with superb attention to detail. Any small defects are swiftly dealt with via the clixifix app, using polite and friendly contractors who arrive punctually.

Our only regret is that we did not purchase our kendrick home sooner.

Lucie deserves 5⭐️s due to her dedication to support her buyers. She is amazing, making you feel like no question is silly and in your corner to make sure the house is to your expectations. As first time buyers, she has kept us sane throughout the whole process and we cannot thank her enough.

For Kendrick’s site management/construction, we experienced a few issues regarding one of our extras. There was a lack of communication from the site team when rectifying the initial issue, which led to it being wrong again! Once escalated to Head Office and a number of meetings, it did get resolved, but added a lot of stress to the process for us.

Quick fixes from Clixifix have been good so far, but we have been disappointed with the snagging check that took place before we moved in. There are issues which should have been identified during this check e.g. one door does not open fully and another has been hung the wrong side to access the light switches. Since flagging this to the team, we have been assured it will be fixed, but these are pretty obvious snags and should be identified, especially when we were told the snagging check is extensive to ensure all houses are to high quality.

There also seems to be a lack of attention to detail at times e.g. Site Manager told us we could connect the washing machine easy, but as we started to fit the washing machine, we identified there was a hole to connect the water but no hole had been created to connect the machine to the electrical mains. However, once added to Clixifix, this was fixed very quickly the next working day.

We do love our new home and every member of the team at Coopers Chase have been friendly and helpful. We would recommend the site team communicate with the buyers for clarification on their extras if needed to make sure they are done correctly in the first instance.

We feel like we have made a dear friend for life in Lucie Langford , sales executive at Coopers Chase Gloucestershire. From day one of our search her professionalism, constant hand holding, dealing with our occasional rants and her willingness to problem solve has been exemplary and over and above what we ever expected……..thanks Lucie L you’re an absolute star.
Thanks to the legal team who gave us space to breathe, when the chain we found ourselves in became somewhat awry at times, we very much appreciated your patience.
So here we are one week in and we can’t wipe the smiles from our faces. Our home has been beautifully and thoroughly well built and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kendrick Homes to anyone who would like to listen. Thanks everyone and best wishes from Polly and Steve 🤩🤩🤩

This review is limited to my dealings with the onsite staff Lucie Langford, and site Contracts Manager Damien.
Well, we've finally made it into our new home and have spent our first night there. We are delighted with our new home having downsized significantly as all our children are now grown up and left home. Its fair to say we've had some timeline challenges, but Lucie and Damien have been fantastic, in fact, they've kept me sane. I can't thank them enough for just caring about my wife and I, how we were feeling, our worries, concerns etc. Just first class. Thank you Lucie & Damien from Arthur & Donna, we appreciate you both.

Encarna at Evesham site was first class. Knowledgeable, friendly and considerate. Couldn't ask for a better experience :)

We have been delighted with the after care we have received from Kendrick Homes. As with any new building, problems arise but the response time to resolve any issue has been reassuring and a genuine concern that we were happy with the outcome of the work completed + always followed up with a call or message before the case was closed. We are happy with our purchase of a Kendrick home generally and the attitude of the after sales team to sort out any issues regarding the property.

Megan is an absolute star while she’s been on site!! Nothing but pure happy vibes and positive energy. Happy welcome face and always there to hand if you ever need anything!! Amazing work..
