I own a Ford focus 2016 st3,and last October 2024, I had a Maxton body kit fitted to my car. When I got home I rang Swift ,who I was insured with then,to notify them to keep legal,and to my disbelief I was told they could no longer insure me,unless I took the body kit off my vehicle,they said my cover would be cancelled within a couple of days. So in October last year 2024,I telephoned Keith Michaels insurance provider,who are at Central House,1-15 Central road,Worcester Park,Surrey,KT4 9EG,tel,0208 329 1150, my call was answered by a Sales Consultant,who's name was Olivia.i explained the situation to her,and she was so kind & told me not to worry. Olivia took my details & gave me a very reasonable quote for a Years Comprehensive to cover my vehicle ,including the body kit,with no issues. Obviously I went ahead and Olivia,was so great to deal with and I was extremely grateful to this company. Then on Monday 22nd October this year 2025,I sent Olivia an Email to ask about my renewal which was getting nearer,and I asked about if I had a Maxton bonnet extension fitted and Paintmodz eyelids,would I still be covered with Keith Michaels, for my vehicle. The following day Olivia replied to my Email,and said it would not be a problem if I went ahead with these parts,and also at no extra cost to my insurance cover,well I was so pleased at being told this. I then spoke to Olivia on the phone ,I was so pleased to be dealing with a person who was extremely helpful,thorough and dependable.,as she was last October aswell. Olivia gave me a quote for this next Years cover,and she had even managed to get the cover down lower than last years cover.I obviously have taken the quote,and taken another years car Insurance cover out ,with Olivia. She said she would post to me the paperwork to be signed & returned. Within a day from me talking to Olivia on the phone,my paperwork arrived. I have nothing but praise for Olivia,she is a valuable Sales Consultant to this brilliant insurance company. She listens ,is thorough, and so helpful & professional at what she does. You guys do advertising that you accept temporary insurance for international drivers. I've hold my brazilian drive license for 8 years now and I'm 4 months in the country under the allowed 1 year permission to drive in the country and you refused to get a quote.
Please at least stop the advertising.
