This is the second time I've ordered from Keep it Personal and again I'm impressed. I ordered a personalised mug for my friends birthday on the 2nd April and it arrived on the 4th. I chose to have it wrapped with a gift bag and it was so lovely. It's so good how your order arrives so quickly as personalised things can take a few weeks or more this isn't the case with this company. I shall continue to have all of my personalised things from Keep it Personal.

I don’t write reviews unless things are really bad or really good. And the customer service here has been the most hassle free and easy to deal with customer service I’ve dealt with in years.

No awful holding or some AI system to navigate. Straight through to a person who sorted my issue in less than a minute.

I had a really good experience with this company. Unfortunately, my original order arrived with smashed, but I understand that things like this can sometimes happen during transit and aren’t always the company’s fault.

What really stood out was their excellent customer service. As soon as I got in touch and shared a photo, they responded quickly and sent a replacement straight away.

The new item arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. I’m really happy with my order, a personalised glass. The quality is great.

The whole process was smooth and hassle-free, which I really appreciated. It’s great to see a company handle situations like this so efficiently. I’d definitely order from them again!

Question, what’s the difference between yellow and orange? Well this company don’t know. When you order orange socks because of the association with a favourite football club, what you don’t want are yellow socks, the rival team colour! And when you ask for a replacement, so that there is no confusion or if there is, it doesn’t matter, e.g. blue/green, what you don’t want is a dismissive and arrogant response saying that you are wrong and they are right. PayPal refunded me immediately when I sent them the photo and explained.

I was so impressed, touched and grateful for the help Keepitpersonal gave me after the first engraved beer glass had arrived broken on delivery and for the care and speed with which everything was conducted to ensure the replacement arrived safely and promptly.

The replacement beer glass arrived safely within one day. My friend, who will be receiving it on his 80th birthday, will be extremely thrilled.

I have also recently bought an engraved wine glass and a Guinness glass which have been given to other friends. They were really impressed and happy, too.

I wanted a frame for baby photos of my new nephew to give to my mum. She has dementia and is in a home so that having the frame engraved with his name will make it so much easier for her. It arrived really quickly and is beautiful. Really pleased

This company has been bombarding me with emails about their products. I have never signed up to their mailing list or expressed my consent to receive any marketing correspondence from them. On this basis, what they are doing is illegal under the rules and regulations governing marketing advertising.
I have asked them to refrain from sending me any further emails about their products and to remove my details from their records. Failure to adhere to my request will leave me no other alternative than to take action. I hope this will not be necessary.
