I would like to add big thank you to all Keenan’s partners and family members who are listing houses and flats for your loved ones to get better shelter to live with your loved ones and I would definitely recommend others to reunite with the family members of Keenan’s group but specially Keenan’s Bury because main reason is Women power and building your dream houses and other sort of family homes from single brick to big skyscrapers but other Keenan’s family members are not able to get in touch with the people and families who live there to get a better sense of understanding with their families maybe they are busy in different sort of businesses.

If your registered disabled DO NOT GO TO VIEW. They look you up and down, they judge you, and say they will send a email to apply. But the email never comes they are very stuck up and think there above the rest. I will never deal with these again.

Keenans replied to my prior review saying "Compliance" was an issue when it was not.

All Compliance issues were sorted up to 24 October.

As for Valuation, another reason Keenans gave for withdrawing under criticism? Never discussed Valuation in four weeks of dealing with Keenans.

A bizarre and unexplained sequence of events if ever. Buyer beware...

This company is a shambles! Incompetent staff who can not co ordinate themselves unfortunately resulting in court action being commenced!
Please avoid lettings at all costs

I’ve enquired on a few properties for sale as I have just got my mortgage certificate and looking to purchase my first house I was recommended to use Keenan’s however after phoning and leaving a voicemail, messaging on whattsapp and leaving an enquiry on right move no one’s got in touch with me at all.

Patrick Jones, Property Manager from the rental team has been superb. Responsive, helpful and providing excellent client service. Really impressed.

the worst estate agents going, unprofessional, rude and lies, we have enquired about several properties and always get told there are no more viewings or they have several offers, we enquired about a property this week and got told it was still available and they would get someone from the Rochdale office to call us back this never happened we just got an email back saying there was offers on the property always excuses from this company, the staff are rude tell lies and never return your calls, i feel that we are being discriminated against because we have had to complain, the owners of this estate agents need to get things sorted as i am now considering going to the ombudsman about them, the managers always cover things up. i will guarantee if i am lucky enough to get a reply they will use there famous words WE DON'T SEEM TO HOLD YOUR CONTACT DETAILS OR NO RECORD OF YOU. Kennans have been absolutely amazing in supporting me selling my house. Keenans sold my house on the first day of viewings, I am absolutely thrilled. They put me completely at ease throughout the process and have been very supportive. Sending my special thanks to Harry, Jack and Niomi!

This Is NOT How You Do Business....

They Do Not Pay People Who Work On Their Behalf.

My Company cleaned several house at the request of Keenans. If they did pay it had to be chased and chased. We completed a £300.00 clean on an absolutely filthy property, again at the request of Keenans, we provided before and after photos and they still have not paid us, they refuse to return our calls and emails, I even contacted one of the Directors, still nothing. Never would i recommend a company that does not pay what it owes people. That is not how business should treat anyone.

Low in honesty and integrity as per review 12 Dec 2023. Really not self aware and manager who deals with complaints is just defensive (and doesn't follow ombudsman code of practice where you should be told how to appeal) Follow up to complaint was ignored so no choice but to refer to ombudsman and ICO. They ignored both of these until money awarded. Then they defended their position. Paid out after being chased as expected.An apology and flowers would have surficed 12 months ago but no....shame it came to this.Edit: keenans's response; great to finish off with their sense of humour out there....lol....

An exceptional 'all-rounder' in everything from sales and purchases to property management. Friendly, efficient and effective staff that make handling my property portfolio a dream. Brilliant company.

I have been dealing with Keenan’s buying a property. I can’t recommend Abbie enough. She has gone above and beyond and a been a pleasure to deal with. A real credit to the company. Thank you Abbie for all your hard work. It is very much appreciated.

Never use Keenan’s awful service provided. If you use these guys make sure you do the viewing yourself.

We have been using Keenans Estate Agents to manage our property portfolio for over 12 months now, after receiving a very poor service from our previous agents. So far I can't fault the service. Patrick Jones and his team are efficient, professional and on top of all the needs of my tenants. I am out of the country on a daily basis with my profession, and I find it reassuring to know that I can rely on Patrick and his team to take away the normal day to day pressures of property management. Owning investment properties is a job on its own and using Keenans to manage our portfolio is one of the best decisions I have made.

The overall impression was how good they marketed my house..great photos 📸 and well written...James is a super star as is the rest of the Rochdale team..house is now sold and ive put in a offer in on a Keenans property....

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! By far the WORST estate agents I have ever dealt with. No issues get addressed, they refuse to speak to landlord for you and won’t provide contact details. Seems to be ran by immature children that have 5 GCSES to their name. Laughing down the phone, new case manager every week. The whole company is an absolute shambles and needs shutting down!! I honestly would rather live in a tent than ever deal with Keenan’s again. Landlords do NOT work with them as they are putting off tenants wanting to live in your property and absolutely rinsing you.

Apart from being a lovely friendly person, she has updated us throughout by phone and email. Anything we have requested from her has been dealt with in a timely manner. She was very professional but also had a lovely personality

Racist when picking buyers. They pick the white man over a coloured man. Gave an offer higher than the other buyer and apparently vendor is happy with other person. Absolute lies. Rang multiple each time increasing offer. Even when offer was higher they didn't accept. We should not be giving this estate agents business. It's clearly for white people. Blackburn branch is terrible. Manager Jonathan a total fool. We know how estar agents work, you aren't fooling anyone. Going against legal laws. Will be taking further action. Enough is enough.

Fergus from Keenans Rossendale has been very helpful in trying to find me my forever home. He has been warm and pleasant adding a little humour to each viewing, whilst remaining professional and honest. I've viewed a few properties with him so far and he recalls my specific needs and seems genuinely invested in helping me find the right home for me.
