the envelope arrived when it should…

the envelope arrived when it should have, but it wasnt signed for by anyone in the house left in the post box on the gate(next to the door bell) fake signature on the email they sent me.

Hi - Royal Mail are not collecting signatures at the moment due to COVID. The signature will be "XP1" which is a code the driver can use in exceptional circumstances, including now while restrictions are in place. Sorry if you feel we have let you down with your order - no couriers are taking signatures at the moment.

So easy

So easy! We are from the states and ordered our tickets online and were delivered safe and sound! I had also reached out a few times by e-mail asking about on-sale times and always received a prompt reply!

The cap cannot be adjusted to the size…

The cap cannot be adjusted to the size of the head. Or if you want to look like Santa Claus ... The cuff is fixed. But Keekaboo has kind returning policy.

Hi Mates - this order was for a cuffed beanie. You can adjust the size of the beanie by folding the cuff further up the hat. No need to look like Santa Claus! Going to email you now.
