Shoes are a tricky business... Some say they fit perfectly others too small or too big. I would happily exchange for another size to fix the problem. Thanks so much for the one star review though, really helpful for a small indie biz.

Excellent quality product as ever

Excellent quality product as ever. I had to shorten the strap on the bags as I am quite short but other than that I am over the moon with my purchase.
Brilliant communications, I really liked getting updates through messenger.

Couldn't be happier! :)

Fantastic items and fantastic communication! I got in touch with Kate before purchasing the 'I love small dogs' t shirt and Cavalier brooch, as my own Cavalier was approaching her 10th birthday and I felt a desperate need to dress the part, lol. I only found her by accident but got in touch to ask if it would be doable in the short time we had left (maybe 4 days, though over a weekend). She was brilliant; posted quickly and arrived just in time. And the items themselves are just perfect. The t shirt has shorter sleeves than normal (I personally don't usually wear them because of the weird mid- length sleeves) so was flattering, true to size, comfortable and oh so cute. I've gotten several positive comments from the brooch; it is gorgeous. All in all, really happy, will definitely shop with Kate again and I urge you to check out her website. Thank you again Kate! :)
