Pessima esperienza con sedie Master di Kartell acquistate presso un rivenditore. Si sono subito scrostate e il rivenditore Crocco arredamenti ha continuato a chiedere foto, già inviate, con tempi lunghissimi. Kartell ha risposto dicendo che i reclami per prodotti acquistati presso i rivenditori devono essere fatti direttamente a loro. Conclusione: nessuno è responsabile e mi sono tenuta le costose sedie con i loro difetti. MAI PIÙ!

I bought a Planet Designer lamp from the Kartell store in Vienna in January 2021. I loved this lamp very much. Now after 4 years I got a slight electric shock when I turned on the touch function and the LEDs went out. As there is no longer a flagship store in Vienna, I contacted Kartell.com directly. They offered me a 20% voucher for a new lamp, regardless of the fact that I had paid a price of 610 euros at the time. Now a new lamp would cost me 740 euros, including a 20% discount on the price on the website. And this despite the fact that the lamp is defective, because I have done nothing to the lamp except switch it on and off. In addition, my model (model before 05 2022) cannot be repaired, as I got informed. The new models can. I am very disappointed because the lamp really costs a lot of money and I have to dispose of the whole lamp after only 4 years. I can't and won't buy a new one under these circumstances.

I have asked Kartell to make me a fair offer for a new lamp, because I can't even get it repaired and I don't understand why I now have to pay even more to have another lamp at home than I paid at the time. I did not expected to pay nothing for a new appliance and would even have been prepared to pay EUR 400 for a replacement. That's 2/3 of the purchase price at the time and just under half of the current purchase price. I think that as more than enough for a quality-defected lamp But the company didn't even get back to me or reply after my last two emails!!! It's a shame and really sad and disappointing. Better not buy there!!!

Just had my bathroom done and all items are Kartell. The sink vanity unit is bubbling and the plinth cracked. We got a so called professional (that's a story in itself) to install products, therefore didn't see packaging or details. The manufacturer
does state that items are splash proof, not waterproof. Who on earth makes a sink unit that isn't waterproof! It's not condensation proof and I'm drying it down with every use! I was 'allowed!' a replacement plinth, but not base. That is cracking again, even though it's sealed. 8k spent for a luxury finish, let down by a tatty unit!

One of the 2 chairs I ordered is dented and shows signs of bad manufacturing (droplets of cured varnish on the backrest). There's clearly no quality control or they sell their inferior products in their on-line store. Either way, I can only hope this matter will be resolved soon but reading the other comments, I fear the worst...

Edit: To be fair, this my experience: I filed a complaint through the Paypal Resolution Center. Kartell responded the same day asking for pictures of the box, the damage and documents. The next day they wrote back with 3 proposition to resolve the problem. Free of charge exchange, partly refund or total refund after returning of the damaged piece. I choose the latter. They sent me a shipment slip and ordered a pick-up. The only hassle for me was packing the product again. After 5 days I received the total refund in my Paypal account. So, I changed my experience rating from 1 to 3. The problem was swiftly addressed but they have a quality control problem and it's damaging their reputation...

Tisch im Outdoorbereich rostet nach knapp 2 Jahren. Kartell sagt keine Garantie. Teurer aber Null Qualität. Stahlschrauben verbaut klar das die gleich rosten. Keine Kulanz!!!!!!

Zero assistenza post vendita , merce comprata per un regalo (700€) il commesso ha mentito sui tempi per il cambio regalo ( inizialmente un mese in quanto c'era ferragosto di mezzo ) per poi dire che dopo 15 giorni gli articoli non si possono sostituire ma solo cambio colore . La Kartell in via pescioni a Firenze è il peggior punto in cui abbia mai fatto acquisti, il direttore non sa fare il suo lavoro , pecca di superbia e ti deride addosso con la commessa . Mai più

Abbiamo acquistato (a non poco prezzo) delle sedie AI Kartell nere in polipropilene, dopo un breve e attento utilizzo ci siamo accorti che hanno delle righe bianche.
Visto l’utilizzo accurato, il prezzo e non essendo la nostra casa un museo, non siamo soddisfatti.
Poca serietà da parte del customer service dell’azienda che dopo un contatto a maggio 2024 non si è più fatta viva.

Abbiamo acquistato sei sedie piuma bianche. Sarebbero state tutte e sei da restituire per la pessima qualità di verniciatura, ma alla fine ne abbiamo rese tre: traspariva il grigio della plastica, ad una sedia non era neppure stata data la finitura liscia e passandovi la mano rimaneva una polverina bianca sulle dita.
Premetto che il negozio di Genova dove le abbiamo acquistate si è dimostrato molto disponibile e ha provveduto immediatamente alla sostituzione.
Il problema è che i prodotti vengono dati ad aziende esterne per le verniciature, ed evidentemente non c'è alcun tipo di controllo qualità.
Per quello che vengono pagate è inaccettabile fornire un prodotto del genere.
P.s. anche le tre sostituite non erano perfette, ma per la disperazione ce le siamo tenute così. Mai più prodotti della Kartell

Beau produit mais service très mauvais. Il manquait un sachet de vis dans le produit bookworm acheté 1250 euros quand même. Aucun suivi qualité aucun rappel au client juste un message que la réclamation suit son cours. C’est très décevant. Quand on est pas performant online mieux vaut ne PAS avoir de site internet.

Tempo fa ho acquistato 12 lampade da una azienda che vendeva le loro lampade. Ad oggi, passati 2 anni, ho una lampada non più utilizzabile, non capisco se il problema sia la batteria o qualche contatto andato internamente. Morale, il negozio dove ho effettuato l’acquisto non è più un loro rivenditore e tutto quello che ha fatto Kartell e’ stato rimbalzarmi a loro. Da lì in poi il silenzio più assoluto. Non male come assistente per delle lampade da tavolo pagate quasi 200€/l’una…

J’ai des chaises hautes transparentes désignées par Starck. Très mauvais produit, les patins se détachent depuis l’achat. Acheté à Liege, attendu des SEMAINES l’intervention de Kartell, qui n’est donc jamais intervenu. Le revendeur a eu les pires difficultés à assurer et assumer ses responsabilités. 6 ans après cet achat, tous les patins ont lâchés… De la m….

Non comprate assolutamente le sedie Mademoiselle. Sono splendide ma le butterete dopo 10 anni pur avendole pagate un occhio della testa. La pregiatissima stoffa Missoni si è logorata e strappata, pur dopo un uso assolutamente domestico di 5/6 anni. Il poliuretano con il quale è formata la scocca al decimo anno perde la sua consistenza fino a spappolarsi. Il negozio Kartell nel quale avevo effettuato l'acquisto mi avrebbe fornito soltanto la stoffa a circa 120 per ogni poltroncina, ma per l'imbottitura non esiste tappezziere in grado di ricomporla, in quanto frutto di fusione in fabbrica. La Kartell Italia neanche ha preso in considerazione la mia richiesta di aiuto. Anche i piedi in silicone si sono sfaldati e vengono venduti al modico prezzo di 42 euro 4 pezzi.

La mie sedie sono stupende. Ho fatto il tavolo nuovo e ho comprato le sedie di questo brand, fanno un figurone!

Purchased three Kartell K Rads one started to rust badly within 7 months of fitting . That particular rail was fitted in a guest bathroom which has only been used a handful of times for one night only . it is obviously faulty . Many emails and calls later I am told it is moisture damage !! My point no moisture in this bathroom as not used and more to the point aren't they for bathrooms anyway !

They are refusing to replace . Customer Services is shocking . I am now proceeding through the small claims court

Don't be fooled by what looks on the surface like a professional company and do not use them

ho ricevuto il 24 gennaio un tavolino Kartell e ho subito reclamato in quanto notato un evidente difetto sul piano in vetro.
dopo 3 mesi e numerose email mi viene risposto che Kartell non accoglie il reclamo perchè a loro parere il prodotto risulta essere conferme.
Questo nonostante l'evidenza fotografica del difetto. Mi sembra un comportamento assolutamente scorretto da parte di Kartell considerato anche il costo dei loro prodotti....

J’ai acheté, il y a un certain temps 2 componibilli blancs. Ils vieillissent extrêmement mal, ils sont à présent totalement jaunis et devenus complètement minables. J ´ai essayé de les blanchir, mais rien ne fonctionne. Au prix payé, la qualité n’est vraiment pas présente. Je suis vraiment déćus des produits Kartell cher mais de médiocre qualité. Ce ne sont pas des meubles faits pour durer et il serait bien de la savoir avant l’achat, pour ne pas avoir â tout racheter 10 ans plus tardLes prix sont délirants pour une si courte durée de vie. .

Be very careful you must inspect the goods before you pay. Their guarantee is you buy another while they send the goods back to where they were manufactured ? for their
opinion ? Watch for anything with inspection A marked on it.

Heb een kartell lamp gekocht, maar heb geen garantie meer. Is een onderdeel van de oplader kapot, vraag ik om een reserveonderdeel, wil hier best voor betalen. Zeggen ze dat ze dat niet doen wat belachelijk is nu mag ik de hele lamp weggooien!
