Easy ordering a excellent choice of products

I ordered a sideboard which is a 2 box delivery, box 2 arrived no problem, I am STILL waiting for Box 1. Everyday DHL claim to have tried to deliver it but no one was home. I work from home and they have not tried to deliver anything. More alarmingly the pictures they upload is not my house! So how between them all can they get half a delivery to the right address and half somewhere else? I have tried contacting Kaleidoscope who just keep telling me to wait, but the returns window for box 2 is drawing ever closer. The initial supplier who haven't even bothered to reply and DHL ecommerce who are the most dreadful couriers I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. Is simply is not possible to speak to a human being.

I am really pleased with my items, they were delivered on time and did not take long to come. they were well packed.

Really good returns service as two of the five items I bought were too small/big and I chose the courier option. Very helpful person on the telephone who checked if a different size was available and made the experience easy. I am very pleased with my purchases especially the Phase Eight dress i bought for a wedding, it is beautiful.

My wife ordered 2 dresses on a Sunday and received one on Monday and the other on Tuesday! Both pink - a day dress and a gorgeous velvet one for special. She is 5ft 3in and 9st 7lb and chose size 14. A good fit!

Be very careful and check your statements thoroughly. In early January I ordered a Ninja Air Fryer cost £129.99 and paid extra for next day delivery. The item did not arrive as it was lost/damaged so I said I wish to cancel as I was not given a date when I would receive a replacement. On January 15th the cost of the Air Fryer was added to my account. On 20th February when I received my statement I noticed that the Air Fryer I had never received was still on my account and they had charged me interest on the item I did not receive. When I first rang Kaleidoscope I was assured that I had not been charged interest on the £129.99 but when I rechecked my statement it was obvious I had been charged interest. I do not like being lied to, I rang back to `kaleidoscope and made it quite clear I wanted the excess interest they had taken from me paid back.

Good quality merchandise, prompt delivery and special offers and discounts are generous. Very pleased with the bed linen I bought.
