Avoid at all costs!
Absolutely shocking experience. We were recommended to JW Creative Garden Landscapes by our building firm. At first, James seemed like a very decent chap and produced some good designs but that's where the good experience finished. He started building a wall for our front garden in April and then lied to us about ordering the railings, meaning we had a 2 month delay. When the railings eventually arrived, they were the wrong size as he hadn't allowed for the coping stones or Pier caps, which took me 3 hours of phone calls to sort out with no support from James. He then told us he would be round to finish the front garden on the 14th of August (2 months later than agreed originally) only to not turn up and block my number. He's refused to answer multiple calls and emails, leaving me and my family in the lurch. Apparently he has done this to lots of other customers recently - seemingly unable to manage his workload effectively. Don't make the mistake I did and be lulled by his public schoolboy charm - rogue trading at its best!
