The biggest issue I have with this company is their sales ads and their sales videos ( which ad mentioned by others a 3rd party MLM and get rich fast and with zero effort because everything‘s automated remember you’ll pay extra for that.. are completely false they talk about having to do no work and make $5000 a month just magically appearing and then once you’ve spent your $55 which for most of us is more than we really even want to spend or have to spend but we want to win we want to win in life that’s what they’re capturing off of people then they’ll hit you with optional (if you are serious about going to make money you have to), another $129 charge because if you don’t do that you probably will fail at the business and then wait a minute there’s one more up charge that only you are gonna get to see nobody else now if you believe that there’s definitely some oceanfront property in Arizona you can get as well. One thing I will say that I was very happy with is that I got every dollar back of $300 wasted in a period of three days where I just believed all the bullshit, giving a refund isn’t the goal of their company however if you compare that with doing a charge back for instance calling American Express and talking about feeling like you were defrauded and things like that much much worse situation where they lose more money and lose reputation and the process so still I’m happy that they did return it doesn’t sound like they were that kind with other people that wanted their money back

Probably the sketchiest marketplace ever. Aptly named, the whole thing is a zoo full of dirty animals. Multiple vendors screwed off with everyone's money, pulled the products and the faceless slime-people at JVZoo don't refund because "it's policy". Really, that just means they don't vet the "businesses" who launch trash software on their platform. That way, they can remain complicit in swindling people out of a quick buck before said software just disappears from the internet altogether - after the allowable refund period of course.

"Customer service" is little more than a title to these pondscum, really they act like a syndicate of criminals. We weren't the only ones grieved either, but they'll brush it all under the rug and drown out any negative feedback with hype for their next non-refundable shiny object (which will also likely cease to exist a few months from now).

Learnt our lesson the hard way, JVZoo is the crypto rug-pull of the entrepreneurial world. This platform is a disgrace and there's a huge conflict of interest when shady scammers can peddle BS on the platform with impunity while JVZoo capitalize as go-betweens. And how many people have made ROI on any of the products that somehow didn't get deleted from the internet?

It's a good thing the BCP have acknowledged they're watching them so I'd advise avoiding the platform like the plague, in case it all comes crashing down soon.

My experience is very good. I never had any problem with JVZoo and they have been very helpful.

I have purchased a few products through JVZoo because they promised so much in their marketing. But no more. Quick end of life/support and constant upsells have rendered the products obsolete. Most of the affiliates sell their email lists to each other so now I get at least 25 unsolicited emails a day for years now. I used PayPal to purchase, so the associated email gets spammed as well as the email I used to register products. It is one of the most painful experiences that keeps on giving everyday of my life. After cleaning out afilliate SPAM emails AGAIN today, I decided to vent my frustration, even though this has been going on since around 2016 when I unknowingly took the bait on my first JVZoo product.

I should be able to recover the time lost with SPAM and the resulting mental distress JVZoo and affiliates has caused. Todd Gross comes to top of mind.

Well, we all know if you hit the unsubscribe link it multiplies the SPAM. This one was for the product GrowthHub. At the bottom of the email is a so-called address: TheGrowth Hub
3865, omaha, NE 500102. Totally fake.

They know they are spamming because they deliberately misspell keywords to try to fool detection. "Watch Replay + Bundle De'al Here "

And this happens at least two dozen times a day.

Completely scamy products sold on this platform. I purchased primehost hosting from them, the hosting never worked fine and the seller had complete intentions to cheat as no support was provided to solve the issues. When I reported the matter to JVZoo customer care, they told me that the seller had good intentions. Further they told me that the product is discontinued. It was a lifetime product and this is how jvzoo cheats people. They sell lifetime products and if you complain about the product not working ,they will tell you that there is nothing that can be done. Please do not buy from this jvzoo.

A guy named Jarrod Nelson(from JVzoo customer support) shamelessly replied to my request no: 237075 in the most unprofessional manner without applying his mind. He has infact justified the practice of this online fraud done by the sellers of Prime host bundle through your platform. He has given me a complete belief that jvzoo justifies such online fraud with respect of lifetime products.
Hence I request everyone not to buy from JVZoo
