Was let down by issue with product part, I was able to repair and complete the job, had no time to ask for new part, with the service they provided And this issue was not their fault. I would recommend them, and use them again.

Goods arrived as stated with no ridiculous fees for delivery to North East Scotland either!

The pole was delivered in good time, and for the money it's very good value as it looks much more expensive.

We took a while figuring out the way the curtain clips are fixed to the rail but, once ascertained, it fiited into a curved window space perfectly.

Product showed signs of having been previously used and was badly scratched. For the price this is unacceptable. Customer care was helpful though and delivery was on time.

I was looking for quality tie backs to go with my silk curtains, I found this site and thought long and hard about the expense of buying 6 large tie backs before I purchased.
