I ordered a set of tie backs for curtains to my living room and was disappointed to get an email confirming they were no longer available as the colour match and style was exactly what I wanted. I deliberated on whether to get a refund and look elsewhere or call Just Poles to ask for their help as I really struggled to navigate the website to narrow down what I was looking for in terms of colour, style, length etc. Their customer service was amazing - they were able to email through various other options for me to consider from which I picked an alternative product which, although a bit more costly, I am extremely happy with. They arrived, promptly, well packaged and I was updated by email so that I could track my order and ensure I was at home to sign for it.
