Ordered a Babyzen YoYo

Ordered a Babyzen YoYo and needed it quickly for travelling. By mistake ive put the delivery address same as billing but i needed it somewhere else. I emailed them and asked them to modify on the order and send it on the new address. The communication was great, they replied late on Sunday saying that they cannot change it on the system but that it will be sent where i want it. As you can imagine i was stressed not being able to have any confirmation on the order and thinking they will not deliver right but i was suprised to actually get it where i needed it and quite quick. I ordered Saturday evening and got the delivery on Tuesday by Dpd altho they said they were struggling a bit with my product. I am very happy with the whole service. Thank you

Super quick delivery and free of charge for bid orders.
Nice 10% off for the first purchase
And last but not least, amazing customer service. Caroline answered all my questions and sped up the delivery as I needed the pram a bit earlier.

Poor customer service

Delay to initial order was longer than advertised. One item never arrived and they refused to refund or send a replacement. No longer replying to my emails to try to resolve the issue.
Poor customer service

Thanks for taking the time to write this review Joe. The initial items were delayed due to global logistic issues with Thule. As you know this was no reflection on us and we did everything possible to get your goods to you as quickly as possible once they were in the UK.
The remaining item was posted on via Royal Mail and proof of delivery has been emailed to you.
