Won't give straight answers
Most of the team doesn't speak very good English, but I don't think that is the main issue.
I worked with them for 5 weeks and every answer would be vague. When I asked for clarification the next person I talked to would give a completely different answer. I don't think the language barrier was the problem because the native English speakers were just as hard to get an answer from. I don't think they have any idea what they are doing. I ended up just disputing the fee with my credit card company.
The only company in the business credit space I have found that does anything is 7 figures funding, and they are still difficult to work with.
