Part of my order was refunded as it was out of stock I would have preferred to be contacted first to see if there was another option and also the white pepper as a very short expire date I know that it was on other but didn't state anything about being short on date hope this helps

unhapy with their service, delayed delivery, missing items, poor customer service.
I've been ordering from Just Ingredients for ages and I've been super happy with them. The experience with the recent order was quite bad.
First, they didn't give me any delivery day estimate. After a week, I sent them an email asking what's the progress. I've got nothing back. After 3 days from sending that email, I get an automatic email from the delivery company saying that I'll receive my parcel the next day. This is separated from my email. I find it very annoying that they didn't even bother replying to my email..
Second, I get the parcel with 3 items missing and one replaced. I haven't been informed anything about it. Two days after, I get an email saying that one item is missing and they'll refund it. What about the other 2? they didn't say anything. This is very bad service and I don't find them reliable. I email them back saying that there are other 2 items missing; they reply to that agreeing and refunding me.
Although I appreciate the money back, the delayed delivery, missing delivery and items' availability information are totally unprofessional.
I'm not sure if something changed in the company as they used to be very good. I ordered from them for 3y+ and I was always going back to them. I'll probably not be ordering from them again and that's a shame because their products are quite good.

It is quite difficult to get cardamom…
It is quite difficult to get cardamom seeds and this is the second time I have ordered from here. Quite expensive now and took a few days to arrive but still well pleased.

The ingredients are super.
The customer support (Daphne) is super.
The courier is why I only have 4 stars and not 5.
They shilly-shallied for several days (I waited in for one whole day) then the parcel was suddenly delivered with very little warning. Which is a courier fault, not JustIngredients really. Though they do employ them and I thought the parcel was to be delivered by Royal Mail.
All good in the end and I'm very happy with the herbs I ordered. Thank you Daphne!
