Amazing experience with Just Go, easy booking, easy checkout and return. Vehicle was perfect, and staff were all incredibly friendly and willing to answer any questions or worries!

Motorhome made little work of the NC500, 1.2k miles and no issues (although a little thirsty)

From the pre-hire information, travel guides and information about where to re-fill the gas & Ad.Blue (new experiences), I can’t fault the clarity of their communications.
Service on the day at pick up was good, however I didn’t get a vehicle until 4pm, was there from 12 and had been offered one in morning if I paid an extra £60!
As an experienced MH Owner, some service additions were just a rip off, targeting foreigners coming in by air and driving off with no bedding or extras.
The vehicle itself was not quite as described, a Swift Voyager, but a Roller Team Voyager, but it was great, simple and good to compare with our own MH which was off the road for a repair.
Returns was fine, I filled up the fuel, add.blue, gas and emptied the other tanks, toilet and gave it a good clean inside.
Deposits and liability insurance are extra cost on top, worth taking the high road cover as it covers mirrors, tyres and any body damage over the deductible.

Quick easy. Very nice sharing box. Saves waste. If we get our deposit back it was perfect.

Overall the experience was good. The unit was clean, the vehicle ran great, the refrigerator didn’t stink and the staff was very nice! Unfortunately, we waited more than 3 hrs after arriving before we received our camper. This cause us to have to change our entire trip itinerary. It was a really bad start to our trip. We didn’t get our paid-for table and chairs (they said we would be refunded-here’s hoping) and the main sink was clearly clogged, so we had to use a basin throughout the trip. The biggest complaint though… a 3+ hour wait to get our rental?!!! Here is the main problem. We counted more than 5 groups who arrived after us, who got their campers long before we did. I understand things happen, but it seemed like we were just bypassed…. When I finally asked I. Frustration-seeing so many people who served after us, get their campers and start their holidays. The answer we got was that our camper had just been brought around (to the from where we could see it). The problem with that answer was I saw the vehicle when it was brought around. It had been there an hour when I was told it had “just been brought around”. Unfortunately this is not good customer service. No compensation was offered, which would have been the least they could have offered. It was an unfortunate occurrence considering the company seems to be adjusting to a new and good business model. Hopefully this will be addressed. Not sure we will rent from them on our next trip. Hopefully they will make things right!

Many issues with the mobilehome, the instructions were not really the best, the instructor said that the mobilehome is an "old lady" wich has to be treated carefully und many things do not work properly. Thats nothing you want to hear when you hire a car, especially for that price, in a foreign country and so on. the access-door for freshwater, grey water and Electricity did not work properly, at least 4 blinds were not working properly, the roof-window above the seats was not possible to open. The steering needed to be re-adjusted, the steering-wheel headed to the left while driving through curves to the right.
The lockings for both seats in the front were not working properly, so they sometimes went loose while driving and the seats slightly rotated. We complained after we brought back the car, the friendly lady told us that we will hear from them within 5 workingdays. Hopefully they do.

Easy on-boarding to give confidence in using the motorhome. Van itself was well kitted out with all you need for a mobile break.

After multiple confirmations prior to pickup we received a completely different model with a layout that did not work for us (3 adults) at all.

What we received was then a motorhome that had a defective leisure battery with the effect that we had no heating (at an outside temperature of 6 degrees at times), no lighting, no fridge, no warm water, and in the morning could not raise the second bed up again. It is important to note that the leisure battery was defective from the outset (JustGo was aware of the failure message and the red indicator light during handover but had told us it would charge during driving - which it never did).

We had more than 5 calls with your support lines which in the end resulted in the message that no garages where available for the next 3 weeks to exchange the defective leisure battery.

Obviously, this is completely unacceptable and ruined our holiday.

Upon return we were told that the refund to compensate for the defective motorhome would be handled centrally.

It’s now over 4 weeks later and after numerous emails and weekly calls we finally received a discount on the rental fees.

The delivery of the camper van took us more than 4 hours, we arrived at 2:30pm at the garage and left after 06:30pm due to not working one lightning and too many people waiting on the same time for the delivery. The employees did what they could but the organisation was too slow and a bit chaotic. Besides of that everything fine with the camper van.

this is the second time we have used just go and again they were fantastic, will definitely use again and again

Overall great experience and can only recommend. Some cons listed below but nothing that will stop me from renting from them in the future.

Pros:
Great staff able to help through email, WhatsApp or phone.
Clean motorohome with everything we paid for.
Enough time to take photos/videos of the vehicle state before departure.

Cons:
Very limited time for pick-up and drop-off - but stated on the website and at the end even possible to pick-up two hours earlier.
Without transfer from/to the airport - again stated at their website. It is possible to use taxi or bus if you want to save some money and didn't have problem with walk to the bus stop.
Many models of vehicles - some things in the manual was for different type of vehicle/appliance and not directly applicable to the one we had.

wij zouden met een camper rijden die max 2 jaar oud is. De camper is stuk ouder en niet overal meer goed. Wij reden met een BUNK camper. Kreeg 2 gasflessen meer die half gevuld zouden zijn. Later bleek dat deze 2e fles leeg was. Dus zoeken naar een dealer die gas verkoopt. (zelf betalen) De Navi is niet actueel, De verduistering rechts was kapot en op het plafond moest die vast gezet worden met oude waterflesjes. Achterlichten (rem en knipperlicht) liepen vol met water en zijn door mij zelf opgelost. Beschrijving van de camper was niet aanwezig. Kwaliteit van de versnellingsbak was niet meer helemaal goed. Geen opstapje aanwezig. Toiletvloeistof niet aanwezig. De boven hor sluit niet aan op het plafond waardoor muggen naar binnen kwamen.
Volgens mij hebben wij de oude BUNK camper meegekregen ipv de betere (op het oog) Just GO

The motor home we rented all worked as it should. The only gripe we have is the mattresses on the beds are too thin. We could feel all the bed slats underneath which hurts your hips when sleeping on your side.

We had to cancel our booking (B6044297/1 - £ 2953.50) that would have started on the 1st of august. To file a claim with my travel insurance, I will need an accurate cancellation invoice, which I haven't received until so far. Remarks about the inaccurate data stays unanswered.

we rented a motorhome from JustGo. Everything went well as agreed. Only the communication about the transfer from the airport to JustGo in Edinburgh could have been better.
The motorhome fully met our expectations. We would definitely recommend JustGo to others for renting a motorhome.

More than 4 hours waiting to get the RV as the company was clearly understaffed that day. JustGo offered afull day rental as compensation. The Camper did not have a TV but overall it was in very good condition

Excellent customer service, the van we hired was absolutely immaculate. Every member of team we spoke to was so professional and welcoming. Everything was explained to us on the check in day and they ensured we knew how to work everything. There’s a handy book left in the van which explains everything should you need it.
Smooth and prompt check in and drop off experience.
Can’t wait to book another motorhome with JustGo. We had an amazing holiday and created lots of memories.

They did not supply toilet chemicals or the chairs and table that we ordered, and told us to go and buy some but it wasted half a day and couldn’t find any chairs . Then when we returned they said they would reimburse us for the chemicals and the paid chairs but I haven’t recieved anything as of yet. Also we ordered two double bed sheet sets but recieved 3 single sets instead , didn’t fit the beds very well.

Staff were helpful and friendly and the motorhome was clean and modern. But we gave three stars due to it taking three hours to go through the process to pick up the van due to too few staff on shift and there was a five night minimum for this season. Even though we only had it for three nights.
