Great service. Don't live near so we had a video call to see the items in real life.
Great communication throughout and the delivery was also excellent with furniture assembled and packaging taken away.
Would definitely buy from them again.

Spot-on
Just a great company. They kept me up to date with every development and solved any issue that arose. They've been really helpful making the whole process a positive one.
The chairs themselves are really well made and are soo comfortable. To the point where I ended up sleeping in one on the first night! It would be an understatement to say they're worth every penny.
I can only highly recommend Julia Jones. Brilliant all round.

Great service
A great range of garden furniture was available to order for delivery. Their communication was excellent and the order arrived within the timescale given. The garden chairs were exactly as described and look great.

Excellent family run business
Excellent family run business. We bought Bontempi dining chairs and we had good old fashioned service with Rob taking time to discuss our rooms colour scheme and helping us select the right chairs. We were thrilled with the chairs we received but did have a problem with one of the feet of the chairs a few months later but Zeta sorted it out no problem at all. Would definitely recommend this company 100%.

I purchased 2 Nardi chairs and one…
I purchased 2 Nardi chairs and one Nardi bench, after admiring some in a restaurant in Tunbridge Wells.
The communication from the team was excellent, delivery was smooth with the pallet they were delivered, removed as well (they are difficult to dispose of). The chairs and the bench look great in our small garden. Recommended.
