Do not use this company
Do not use this company under any circumstances! They sent the incorrect product, tried to fob me off that it was the right one and that it’s name had been changed (it looked nothing like it should - I know, I already had one in the house to compare it to!). Finally admitted it was wrong but were unable to supply what I actually ordered. Took almost a month to collect the wrong item, and now 2 weeks later they have not refunded and are ignoring communications, despite saying that I would receive my refund the next day after collection . I am now having to go through PayPal to reclaim the money. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!!!!

no replying to emails /misinforming when you are calling them/ when you are asking them the earliest possible delivery date they will give you the date of the first item to be delivered instead of full order / it took two weeks to deliver my order / shower enclosure and vanity unit delivered in 4 separate days and 2 weeks. Waste of time, avoid any business with them.
Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service. The man talking to me refused to give me his name and refused to give me the name of the manager. Payed £20 extra for quicker delivery, it did not turn up so I lost money with my builder waiting at my house. Sent email, no response. Then to top it off, a customer service rep who was too scared to give me his name. Very sad.

Placed and order for a spa bath on 14th August, when I placed the order it showed the item was in stock and delivery would be up to 7 days. I have called to find out when I can expect delivery of this bath every few weeks, first was told by mid September, didn't receive or hear anything so called back to be told beginning of October, the time came and went didn't hear anything so I called to enquire only to be told by the end of November. Today I called to find out if the delivery was on schedule for the end of November only to be told delivery will be January. Sloppy and incredibly bad customer services not once had anyone called to inform me of any changes. The dishonesty and unprofessionalism of this company is quite breathtaking. BE WARNED AVOID AT ALL COST.. The 1 star rating is overstated unfortunately it was the lowest star rating I could select.. AVOID, AVOID.. There practices need a good and thorugh investigation..

Poor from start to finish - AVOID.
Purchased the bath. Seemed a good deal. Prices where around £50-£100 cheaper than anywhere else. Mixed reviews but that’s the norm these days. Bath ordered on 09/09/18 with the website showing 5-7 days delivery and “healthy stock”. Called a few days later to say the bath had been oversold by the supplier and so would be a further delay. Informed bath would be delivered from supplier Monday 24th, that I would be pushed to the front of the que for whirlpool fitting and a provisional delivery date set for Friday 28th. So the 28th comes and I hear nothing. I had to call them to find out what was happening, Informed system showed the bath had been delivered Monday as planned and that they would get back to me the same day on an update. Nothing. I called again Monday 01.10.18 (at work 0700-2000 sat and sun so unable to call) as I’d still not heard and was informed that the bath had actually not been delivered. At this point I became very annoyed and explained I had arranged time off work for the delivery week (to undertake decorating & for the bath with plumber) and that I’d already messed 2 different plumbers around with the constant different dates and lost there trade. No compassion or sympathy for my lost time, money & trade. No attempt to make amends or compensate me as the customer who had paid good money for a product. At this point I contemplated cancelling the product but decided not to. I then received a phone call days later to say the bath had come into stock. I asked on an approximate timescale and was given 2 weeks. I explained I was assured I would be pushed to the front of the cue, a 3 day fitting date for the whirlpool system and a turnaround of 5 days. I was told this would not be the case. Unable to give a date for delivery but was told hopefully Friday the 12th. The 12th comes and you guessed it - No word from JTspas. Saturday 13th I receive a phone call to say bath will be delivered Monday 15th between 0800-1100. The bath arrived late, and after all this debacle is missing the side panel. So I have again rang JTspas to make them aware and find out where the side panel is. Informed it may have been left in the warehouse and they would get back to me. Nothing.
Pathetic customer service. Spend that extra bit of money with another company to avoid JTspas.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY!!!! We ordered a double bath for our clients that was delivered UNPACKAGED and DAMAGED. We even have clear CCTV footage from our site manager that shows the bath had NO PACKAGING on it. JT Spas are refusing to accept responsibility and are offering no refund on these damaged goods. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I am reporting them to trading standards and my legal team will be in touch with Kenny the one man band of JT Spas!! AVOID!!!!!

Items came very late, despite phoning on a number of occasions. In one instance I asked for details of a senior manager so that I could discuss my concerns with him/her - company would not provide this information. In addition shower enclosure was not as described. I was asked by customer services to forward a letter of complaint which I did. I also obtained the name and address of one of the directors by visiting Companies House website. I wrote two formal letters: one to customer services, as requested, and also one to a Director of the company. Many weeks later I have received no reply. I also, phoned to ask when I could expect a reply to my complaints. I have still heard nothing. I have retained all names, dates and times.
My advice - stay clear. I wasn’t impressed nor was our plumber who in his opinion described the shower enclosure and drain as ‘cheap and of poor quality’. Also, goods are not despatched immediately, despite company claiming that on receiving my order goods would be despatched almost immediately. This confirmation was also printed on my sales receipt.

I have ordered an Aqua Luso bath initially, but the company offered me another product Lisna Waters saying its best in the market. I recently contacted them because the bath showers started leaking after an Year and the whirlpool motor stopped working. I contacted the customer service and it was very poor response in handling the fix. I contacted Lisna Waters and its the same person from JT Spa who responded to me. I feel like I'm cheated by JTSpa as they took extra money from me saying its a best quality product. I had to pay 100 pounds for an engineer to visit, but no one turned up on the days told. I was under warranty for the product, but they still didn’t fix it. I’m really disappointed in the way my case is handled and the poor quality of the product.

Thoroughly disappointing service. Poor communication. Item finally arrived on the 3rd occasion it was promised. Have raised dispute via my credit card provider as J T Spas were not remotely interested in the disruption or inconvenience their poor service caused.

500 pound shower sliding enclosure that …
500 pound shower sliding enclosure that had no seal between the glass sliding door and the right angled side panel. The instructions showed it and the picture on the website showed a seal and yet when I called them they said no the glass door just pushes against the glass side panel no seal or buffer the instructions were wrong and they won't send one out! That on it's own is bad quality or poor after sales but delivery took 3 go's. 1st I got a call advise delivery 1min after they left then waited at alternate address all day but told later they wouldn't send it there only to have it go there days later. No invoice or email for the purchase. Even though I have asked 3 times. I am a business and need vat receipt. Dangerous closing on shower I shall source and make a seal/ buffer from else where when I said I will leave poor reviews I was told go on then........say no more.
Update Have been told this is how all these showers close ....glass door to glass panel. Blocks. They have a closing seal. This did not and I was informed didn't need one. I have installed hundreds of cubicles. No chance I a. Using you again. It's a shame I had to leave 1 star. This cubicle got skipped and I bought another out of my own pocket for this customer. This feedback took 3 month's to get a reply just goes to show.

Lisna Waters Shower that goes rusty!!
Bought a Lisna Waters Shower Cabin and after assembly during which several of the 'cheap' plastic components broke I decided to contact JT Spas where I bought it and initially got no response....
Decided to glue together some of the components but they broke again!
After a short while later the main panel was starting to corrode behind the top surface - I sent pictures and had to chase three times before receiving an answer that it was probably due to 'hard water' or our cleaning products - it is corroding from behind the surface!!! It is a shower that is supposed to 'get wet' - strangely we use off the shelf standard cleaning products for showers!!!

Order was meant to come Friday at the latest to then be told via email it would be arriving on the following Tuesday. No order came Tuesday and then got told it would arrive Wednesday morning. The order came late on Wednesday after being told a specific time. we have now had to pay our plumber an extra three days with no bathroom to fit! Auful customer service on the phone no help at all! Have sent a complaint email and still awaiting response!
Don't even bother using this company go else where as we have found other company's services a lot better than JT Spas - shower enclosures uk being one of them.
