Very smooth intake and assessment process. Clear communications throughout. Excellent KAP therapist/facilitators who provided a very safe, comfortable and healing-conducive atmosphere. Emphasis appropriately placed on therapeutic integration. Different from most ketamine providers where very little guidance or therapeutic integration assistance is provided.

I am finding this to be a scam. I had no idea my therapist had to pay a fee. No wonder why she is peddling this junk. It’s all about profit. I did two sessions with no change, seems more like a chiropractor that just hooks you for life. Plus, the costs were totally outrageous. Don’t do it

I was one of the first therapists to sign up with Journey Clinical. I've been with Journey since 2021. Once I was able to offer KAP to my clients my practice transformed. I conducted hundreds of KAP sessions, with patients experiencing incredible benefits and changes. The training and support has been first class. Working with the whole Journey Clinical prescribing team has also been excellent, with easy lines of communication and great collaborative care.

So far after two sessions I’m very satisfied with Journey. Their thorough sessions operate professionally, smoothly, gently and caring. They ask good questions about the ketamine experiences both physically and mentally. For me my therapist was so joyful and seemed genuinely happy for my experiences and results so much that the sessions felt like a celebration of me and life.

The Doctor was caring and the appointment was quick.

I began partnering with Journey Clinical to offer KAP to my clients about two years ago. They have continued to improve their collaborative care model since then, and have been extremely receptive to therapists’ feedback about what would make the program better and adjusting things accordingly. I am proud to tell people about the ways I collaborate with JC because I believe in them as a company and community.

I feel like I have wasted my money with Journey Clinical. They say that they are looking into taking insurance, but not really. Most of my clientele are on medicaid, and I have a problem with Journey Clinical not making any movement towards seeing medicaid clients. I have canceled my membership, which feels like was a giant waste of money, besides the decent training they provided. Once Journey Clinical decides to support the low-income population, I might think about joining again, but probably not.

I’m finding all the different folks at Journey Clinical super friendly, helpful and encouraging. I spent time seeking just the right training for me and as I’m moving through the learning process, my experience with journey clinical continues to affirm that I made the right choice. There is tremendous support, guidance and opportunity to learn. The portal is designed for ease of use and this company has spent a good deal of time honing their program and rhythm. I really appreciate my onboarding coach, Ines. She is very knowledgeable and kind. I’m so glad I am in partnership with JC.

Journey Clinical offers high quality services provided by an amazing team of people. Offering Ketamine Assisted psychotherapy though my private practice is a seamless process with their collaboration.

I have been able to connect with other clinicians who are doing KAP, while being supported while I integrate KAP into my Practice. Being able to be a part of a growing community of clinicians that lead with curiosity has been profound. I love the ability to speak with prescribers who are pro therapy and are all about collaborative care!

When I first joined Journey I was excited and inspired. I thought they are what they say they are. Wow. They offer extensive community and Learning opportunities online and it is quality. However it seems that much of one’s success in providing KAP has to do with one’s ability to market or have clients leaning in this direction. Marketing is not my forte because I have aversion to it. Journey offers tips and encouragement but it doesn’t vibe with me. So in the pay vs earn category, I earned zero paid KAP sessions and invested my monthly dues until I gave up. So in summary if marketing and elevator pitches are natural to you, adding journey might be a lovely addition to your offerings.

I've been with Journey Clinical since April 2023. I appreciate how much training and opportunity there is for connection. It's wonderful to be able to connect on specific issues/topics.

Chiara is a great coach. I love working with her. She is very knowledgeable and helpful with planning and marketing my nascent KAP practice.

I like the organization and the information I receive. I like being connected to other therapists in this space however I don’t see the value for the monthly membership. I have only ever received one referral from JC. All my clients have been my own from my existing practice. It seems as though I could find a local prescriber to refer clients to receive the prescription and not pay a fee to them. Clients pay for the medical consultations, so I’m not really sure why we are charged so much to be able to send THEM referrals. I am staying only because they have started accepting insurance for the medical consultations which makes treatment more accessible to my clients.

I love the consistent contact via group and occasional individual emails, and the opportunities to deepen my learning in so many ways! And I love my contact with Lizzie Mears - she's a wonderful support who is responsive and so capable of helping with enthusiasm. I also find using the JC portal easy and simple - a HUGE accomplioshment!
