Being a therapist with Journey Clinical has been a really wonderful experience. In my area of the country, finding collaborating medical providers who prescribe ketamine and also emphasize the therapeutic process with ketamine experiences is few and far between. I am grateful to have access to a collaborative medical team that helps foster real change and growth in my clients. I also appreciate the amount of training, marketing materials, and support from Journey's team. I don't feel alone in my KAP practice; I'm part of a collaborative team whose primary goal is to help clients feel better.

Unfortunately, Braun Pharmacy is where I’ve had problems. The first time, after multiple inquiries from both me & my therapist, they didn’t get the medicine to me until 45 minutes before I had to leave for the appointment. Created much unnecessary stress and anxiety!
The second time, everything was delivered within a week.

Therapist is caring and listens. I can always use the portal to make appts. Everything is very streamline.

Here in Oklahoma we at Your Best Journey ltd love the Journey Clinical model and resources. We need the Journey Clinical telehealth KAP option in OK! Please keep attempting to push this through. Our state is slow at times perhaps with govt shutdown issues affecting those offering and those needing help. Don't stop w 25 states! Other providers are doing KAP here in OK now, but we need the telehealth option and Journey Clinical offers it in a superior manner. The Journey Clinical model will help many rural Oklahomans with an additional option beyond lifetime MAT conventional methods.

I was referred to Journey Clinical in order to do psychedelic-assisted therapy. My experience involved getting dozens of auto-generated emails and surveys that made me feel like I was buying a mattress, not engaging in a healing journey. When I sent an email expressing dissatisfaction, however, it took a full week and three separate messages to get a response.

The practitioner I was paired with was late to one session and cancelled another after I had spent the full day preparing (fasting, abstaining from caffeine, etc). She didn't respond to calls or emails from my existing therapist who reached out to her to share information. When I expressed my concerns about this pattern, she hung up on me.

None of the individual instances were terrible (actually, that last one was), but it felt like death by a thousand cuts -- not what you want if you're looking for support to pull out of a depression.

Good communications. When I noticed a discrepancy in pricing information on your website, you made it right for me. The mental health people who evaluate clients are pleasant and well-prepared.

I am STILL waiting on my prescription to be filled and not only have I already paid for it, I can't get anyone on the phone to provide any explanation as to why my medication hasn't been sent to me. You have to pay for your visits and medication up front but there's clearly no guarantee that you will ever receive what you pay for. This place feels like a scam and highly advise against using them for KAP therapy.
