These sandals fit well; look good and seem well made. Initially they felt very comfortable, but on going for a half mile walk, the leather that overlays the toes attached to the thong that goes between the toes, started to rub. By the time I got back home the skin on the top of my second toe was bleeding. After a couple of weeks I tried them on at home and they felt fine, but I have not attempted to walk on the street again, for fear they would rub my skin as before. I have no problem wearing flip-flops with a similar "thong" between the toes, but the problem with these is the rough leather that rubs on the top of the toes. As I have worn them outside it is too late to return them, so I will keep them to perhaps wear in the house and garden - but not any longer walks!
