Wrong items delivered
I ordered something 100% wool and received only 50% wool,the specifications were no clear.
Also I did nt expect to pay postage when returning three items.
Otherwise,they were prompt and efficient.

Unfortunately we do not offer free returns on the Outlet due to the Nature of the site. I can also see that you ordered the CLundy which is Anglo Indian gauze 54% Merino and 46% Sea island Cotton as per the description on the website

Why only five stars. I would have given more. The jumper is luxurious and feels like silk. Despite it being so light, it is very warm. My aim for the New Year is to acquire more of this wonderful range.
