Great service.
After 4 years with my first Volkswagen I had no intention of looking elsewhere, and the care and expertise I dealt with 4 years ago were the same today. Nearing the end of my PCP agreement I went to Specialist Cars to see what my options were, and the process to now having my new car as soon as a week later was clear, quick and accommodating. Requested work not completed
My car was booked in online for its yearly service, I noted that I wanted DSG oil change/service, 2 front tyres and new front wipers. the service was complete on the day however the wipers were not changed, DSG service not completed and no new tyres even after they picked up on them in their health check. When I phoned them they said they never knew about the DSG service request, they said it was too late to fit the tyres that day and they would fit new wipers which they never did.
