car was fine with couple of issues, not at all happy with aftersales service.poor response to queries, had to chase up myself. would not recommend this branch, feel let down. although car is fine the follow up to enquiries is poor.

Can anyone help??? Trying to get past the receptionist but no luck. Car had manufacturing fault which was fixed or so I thought - now problem back but receptionist will not let me speak to anyone. Been told next appointment will be July - car is losing oil??? It's not a year old.

The staff are very helpful and professional. The service is efficient with good communication - i like the video from the mechanic. There's a pleasant waiting area with free drinks.

John Clark seat, called and emailed to keep me informed, about my service and mot. They made sure I was informed about the date and time that my car would be picked up and returned. I was kepted up to date with the progress of the work being done and if my car required anything. All in all a great service from the team at Seat aberdeen

Efficient and everything that needed done, was. Lovely touch of delivering luxury chocolates the very next day to thank me for my visit.
There was a wee bit of a wait to be able to get an appointment with a courtesy car but that happens with every dealership you’ll visit so no surprise there.

Kevin went out of his way to get me the car I wanted and before time as he took my desperado scenario and did everything he could to help me. I couldn’t have asked for a better service from Kevin. He was above and beyond all the time. Very professional and very friendly. Not in just sales but also as a person. He is so easy to communicate with and understands peoples requirements. I cannot praise him enough. I’ve dealt with many car sales and he had excelled them all. It’s his nature to be kind and patient. It’s been an absolute pleasure dealing with Kevin. Even after I drove my car off he called a bit later to see how I was getting on and to further inform me he’s always there if I need him. Very reassuring indeed. Would highly recommend SEAT for their professional and friendly approach.

I emailed John Clark SEAT Aberdeen as I was interested in purchasing a Seat Ateca. I got the generic email from one of the Sales Team named Calum saying I would get a phone call shortly and would get a valuation for my car also a SEAT. Well that's been over10 days and I heard nothing but they had the cheek to contact me asking if I had decided on a vehicle purchase after speaking to the Sales Adviser!!!??? The only reason I emailed them was because there was nothing online at my local SEAT in Inverness. Luckily, I went down in person and got a top of the range SEAT Ateca Exclusive Lux as nothing is too much trouble for Bannerman SEAT. Would not recommend John Clark Motor Group as they have zero customer service skills.

On return of my vehicle the heater was not working as it had before service. I went back to Seat Aberdeen and spoke to Dan at the Service reception. He went out to my car turned on all the controls for the heater and said this was how it worked. I tried to tell him that this was not necessary as it worked perfectly well without all this.I was then told to come back if there was any problem in future. I ended up phoning my nephew in Cheshire who has a Cupra and he told me to press the AUTO button and this would solve my problem. I therefore came to the conclusion that your chaps were not interested in helping. Was it because I am an old lady and they maybe thought I was silly. I was very disappointed with the attitude.

The SEAT service department were very helpful kept me informed at all times and explained everything, excellent customer service overall will definitely be coming back.
