John Clark Perth were great as ever when I changed my car last week. Joey was a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful salesperson who got me sorted out professionally and in good time and I’m very pleased with my Karoq. This dealer had always had a good reputation and it’s good to see they are carrying on their customer focussed values.

I told this Clown to give me more information
about the car. I gave them my mobile number & email. But I didn't receive any updates. I told them I am really interested in the car.
Day later the sold the car to someone.
Absolutely shocking service.
I believe they sold the car to other customer as he was a finance customer. As I was a cash buyer.
They said they called me. But I didn't not receive even one call from them.
They kept me out from loop.
& they also lied to me about the opening hours.
I would not recommend this place.

good service, intelligently provided

The salesman I was dealing with over the phone was very nice and after a lengthy discussion with me asking if a deal could be done with my budget for a new car that I seen on their website, as I always believe being honest with me explaining what I'm looking for is the best policy, I was told yes. I also wanted to make sure this was the case as this dealership is over an hour away. After travelling up with my Wife and Son, I was presented with a 25 plate car that was used but had low milage. I spoke to the Salesman telling him I had asked about a new car and I mentioned the price of it online and the fact he said a deal could be done with my budget but he then said he didn't know of any new car at that price and the one he showed me was the one he was talking about. I then showed him the car on their website at the price I said and he basically couldn't answer me and just said I wouldn't be able to get a new car with what I had. As my Wife and Son loved the car and to be fair I did like it as well and we had travelled over an hour I decided to go with it. When it was ready to collect, I asked on more than one occasion on the phone and when I arrived at the showroom, was everything with the car that should be their and I was told yes. On having a quick look round the car I noticed the ice scraper wasn't in the petrol flap which comes as part of the car equipment and a nice feature, so he went and got me one, I then left. The 2nd day as I was trying to get used to the car and it's features I remember another nice touch the Skoda has and that's the umbrella it comes with and stored in a compartment under the passenger seat. I checked the compartment and nothing was there. I phoned the showroom and spoke to the manager as the salesman I had been dealing with was with a customer. I explained I had picked up my new car but was quickly shot down being told it wasn't new which for me was irrelevant and also quite rude as It was a new car to me. I then asked if it was possible to get a umbrella as the one that was meant to be under the seat was missing, he said yes and told me I could come and pick one up, I explained I lived over an hour away so would it be possible to post it out for me and I was told sternly no, if I wanted one I would need to come down. I explained I wasn't happy as I asked the salesman if everything that should be with the car was with the car and I was told yes. He then gave me a lecture telling me as it wasn't new some one must have taken it and sometimes that happens. As I felt he was missing the point, as I would expect any professional to make sure a car is perfect when a customer is coming to collect their new car and it has all the items it's meant to come with, so I then proceeded to say so it's my fault for taking the salesman's word and not checking everything but it was to no avail. I came off the phone bitterly disappointed with the poor treatment especially as the salesman had a catchphrase that he wanted to make sure I was happy delighted but obviously once they get your money that goes out the window.
