My experience with Brett from Audi Dundee was perfect . All the communication was simple and helpful from my perspective, he was very clear and concise . There were numerous call to explain the different stages of our purchase . When picking the car up Jackie was very helpful to us at the dealership . She explained everything to my wife in a very detailed but simplistic manner . Overall we had a 10/10 experience from Audi . This is how transactions should go .

Staff were friendly and helpful and explained everything well. Extra touches like the car being revealed and manager coming over for a chat when I collected my new car were all great service. Everything in my car was explained to me and set up before I drove off too.

If I could give less than one star I would. We used them to service our car and the customer service was absolutely awful. The claimed they had the wrong phone number for us, despite correcting it (more than once) and contact to keep us updated was non-existent. Terrible, avoid at all costs.

Whole process from start to finish was comfortable and professional. All aspects of dealing with Audi Dundee were far superior to any other dealer I have dealt with in the past. Special mention to Mark for all his help !

Staff were great. Struggled with everything being done on-line re purchase, being an older generation. Car returned after 4 days to get air-con fixed. Should have been done prior to sale.

Sales person and support staff were down to earth and supportive throughout the whole process . Brett Williamson kept me informed regularly and called me back promptly after me leaving a message.

I bought an Audi A4 from Gareth a few days ago from making an enquiry to actually driving the car away only took 6 days. This was an excellent experience for me I was guided through the process eloquently and gave Gareth a target monthly payment price and he was able to get very close to that whilst lowering the price of the car and throwing in some extras too! Another high point was when I asked if I could have a full tank of fuel due to living far away from the dealership Gareth was able to do that for me free of charge. My thanks go out to Gareth and the team for an outstanding service and an excellent vehicle which I love very (almost too) much!

I purchased an Audi A6 40 TDI (2020) from Dundee Audi (John Clark Audi) in April 2025 through the Audi Approved Used programme. Just days after purchase, the vehicle showed a critical AdBlue/DEF fault with a “no restart in 300 miles” warning.

The vehicle was inspected by Harold Wood Audi, who confirmed the fault was pre-existing — meaning I was sold a faulty car despite the supposed Audi Approved quality checks.

The AdBlue pump was replaced, but now the same fault has returned, showing the same “no restart” message. I have also experienced:
• An adaptive light fault
• A puncture repair canister that was already expired at the time of sale (only replaced after multiple follow-ups)
• No courtesy vehicle while the car was off the road for nearly a week

Because of the 300-mile restart countdown, I cannot risk driving the vehicle. This is now the second time I’ve been left unable to use the car, and it’s directly impacting my business commitments and day-to-day life.

After formally rejecting the car under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I received no response from either Audi UK or Dundee Audi. I even called Audi UK twice and left voicemails — not one was returned.

This experience has shown a total failure of Audi’s Approved Used standards, poor aftersales support, and no regard for the serious inconvenience caused.

If you’re considering buying a used Audi, be warned: the badge and branding don’t guarantee the customer care or quality you might expect.

Excellent from the minute I walked through the door until I signed for new car amazing service and excellent knowledge of your vehicles

The back number plate is damaged and would have been noticeable when it was being put on and therefore a new one should have been made. Hand-over was a bit rushed and I would have liked a bit more time even although the make and model is the same as last one.
