I bought my new BMW 120 M Sport from this Garage. Scott Gray was excellent from start to finish. We initially dealt over the phone. Scott was very knowledgeable and efficient and he understood everything that I wanted. This was a fantastic experience from the car itself and dealing with Scott Gray. The paperwork was very good, which is important to me and easy to understand so you are always informed.

The Garage is immaculate and we were made to feel welcome and comfortable as I travelled 90 miles to this garage. A very high end Garage aswell.

The Sales Manager even came out and introduced themselves to us and they were so nice aswell and you could tell they want the best for their customers.

I would definately buy again from Scott and this Garage.

On 8 October I paid a £100 deposit at John Clark BMW Motorrad Dundee before arranging a test ride of a BMW S1000R. I was assured at the time that the deposit would be refunded in full if I did not purchase the bike.

I did not purchase — in fact, I never even took the test ride — and I requested the refund on 12 October, 16 October, and again on 31 October. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have still not received my £100 refund or any meaningful response from the dealership.

I was persuaded to pay this deposit against my better judgment on the promise that it was refundable, and the complete lack of communication since then is deeply disappointing. This kind of treatment reflects very poorly on the John Clark Group’s customer service. Based on this experience, I would not consider purchasing a vehicle from John Clark again.

David was very knowledgeable and always got in touch when he said he would .. he was excellent at explaining things.

From my first point of contact taking out a car for a test run to the day of collection of my new car Scott and the guys at JC were spot on. They had good communications throughout the whole process, answering my questions quickly and keeping me up to date on the cars progress. I was made to feel special on the day of collection and again Scott took his time to ensure everything was covered correctly.

This is my second purchase from this particular dealership and my business partner too has since purchased her car from this dealership too.
We have no problem in recommending this dealership, we are kept informed on the vehicle progress ( ie when it went into the plant to be built and when to expect it) we had further contact when the dealership received the car and when it could be collected.
All the paperwork was carried out online e.signing documents etc.since I live over 300 miles from the dealership but because of the incentives this dealership gives it is still worthwhile for me to travel this far.
David Fyffe kept us up to date every step of the way he talked us through the car since everything is new and updated tech wise and did a great handover when we finally met face to face. Top marks to all.

From initial excellent email with Video of the new Series 2 220 to a week later picking up the new car, I was treated superbly by Lee Finnegan. Got to say one of the best new car experiences I’ve had and at the handover, Lee went over everything that was needed to complete a stress-free journey.

From start to finish the service was professional & friendly. Lee is a credit to JCMG and I would recommend anyone contacting the branch to deal with him.

Overall excellent service. They offered me the best deal out of any of the Scottish BMW dealers. The car arrived pretty much at the time I was promised. There was a bit of a wobble in getting the car from the docks in Southhampton to them but this was not their fault. However I did collect the car on the day we agree and that suited me. The car was in prefect condition. The salesman Lee that went over the car with me was very patient and friendly and did his best to set things up and go over the controls with me. The sales manager Callum that negotiated the deal with me was the reason I bought the car from them and was so much better than other BMW dealership negotiations.

I recently purchased a BMW motorcycle from here and suffered the worst buying experience .They have zero customer focus and the product was way below what you would expect from a 8 month old vehicle, I had no choice but to reject it and get my money back and this is only part of the shocking treatment I suffered.

Everything was explained very well and was given a great deal for my new car .

The salesperson I dealt with, Alastair Grant, was first class throughout. However, the receptionist at the facility in Dundee was not so good both in terms of telephone manner and behaviours in the showroom itself. Overall, a very positive experience just a shame about the receptionist.
