David was great throughout
David was great throughout. The slight disappointment was the paint not being touched up as agreed on door. I had to buy a touch up pen to sort which I shouldn't have had to.

Booking car in for a service and MOT
Booking car in for a service and MOT. Staff very accommodating during the booking by phone and arrival.
£350 service carried out and quick short video received by me around some further works. This was carried out early morning. This is where it gets a bit tricky. On the video the engineer advise that some tyre damage occurred which would be a fail at MOT. 4 hrs later they put the car through the MOT which it duly failed. I never received a call or seen the video until later in the day. Is it good customer service to put the car through the MOT knowing it would fail? Good level of work to be carried out too- tyres and bushes £2500 which they missed out on. Poor taste left and when the Service Manager starts stating “we had a contract” you know they botched up. Lost two grand of work over £54 MOT. This type of practices move people away from franchise dealers. Be on your toes folks, your money is what they want at the cost of customer service.
Update- John Clark managed to upload the incorrect mileage during the MOT. DVLA advised me and it was corrected by the garage or it would be done to the customer to prove an error at the garage occurred. If you are using this garage pay attention and have your wits about you.
