Once I had made an appointment to have a look at a couple of cars, Rhianna was really helpful and ready to answer any questions I had.
A criticism I'd have is that looking round the cars with a view to buying one. Nobody approaches to see if you require assistance. It would seem you need an appointment for someone to talk to you.

The car was not cleaned to a high standard which was very disappointing.

I saw the car online and all communications prior to collection were made via phone, email etc. I was advised that the mileage was in excess of advertised and to compensate was given free Autoglym coating and wheel/tyre insurance, I was happy with this arrangement. On collection in Aberdeen the car was well presented and I was given a detailed briefing on controls etc. However, on returning to Dundee I noticed a 4/5 five inch X had been scratched on the drivers door, it looked like the work of a small child, rather than deliberate damage. I hadn’t noticed this in Aberdeen as the car was located in a shadowed covered parking area. I emailed the salesman and sent pics of the damage. In his emailed response he apologised for missing the damage and asked if I had car polish and would I try to rub out the scratches. Taking into account the cost of the car this surprised me as I’d expected to be directed to their Dundee franchise. However, in the knowledge that if I made the situation worse I was acting as advised. So using T Cut I eventually removed the scratches. I then applied ceramic car polish to protect the area. There is now no sign of the damage. It is only the latter that that prevented me awarding a five star review.

I was buying from 150 miles away and unable to view. Rhianna was able to arrange an initial viewing for my partner who was in the area the following day. Based on the feedback from my partner and from speaking with Rhianna I placed a deposit down as it would take another two days until I was able to go test drive. Rhianna again organised around my tight schedule and after agreeing to buy the car she ensured I had all the information I needed. In the lead up to handover I decided to change finance provider to BMWFS and even though this had been offered by her initially Rhianna ensured that the process was completed within a few hours, outstanding.
Handover was great and all items of note covered before I drove off. My second EV and second BMW EV Rhianna ensured that all the little details I needed were covered. A great experience and my first used BMW purchase after three brand new purchases in recent times. This demonstrated to me that it isn’t all about the new car purchasers. A big well done from us and a big thank you too.
