Great prom dress made to measure

The quality of the dresses are very nice. We have a wedding and we ordered Bridal Party dresses as well as Mother of the Bride dress. We chose the custom fit and sent in our sizes. When we received our dresses, they fit perfectly! We are so happy with JJ's House! The prices were very reasonable as well.

À ce jour j’attends toujours le remboursement de mon 2eme article renvoyés en même temps pour la 2 soit 167€ pour le premier et remboursé que 145€ et 190€ pour le second toujours rien et ce malgré mes relances depuis le 25 mars silence radio de leur part curieusement ils m'avaient demandé de leur envoyé la photo des 2 étiquettes qui d’ailleurs étaient sur les articles et là ils me disent qu’elles ne sont pas lisibles je leur ai demandé s’ils se moqués de moi ! Les délai des 14 jours de remboursement sont dépassés !
Bref ce site n’est pas digne de confiance et les articles de médiocre qualité je déconseille ce site est à fuir car dès lors que vous voulez être remboursé plus personne ne répond !

Après leur avoir demandé si je pouvais renvoyer les 2 articles dans un seul colis pour l'empreinte carbone j'avais eu leur accord puis voyons qu'ils me disaient qu'ils n'avaient rien reçu au bout de quelques je leur ai envoyé le ticket de colissimo comme quoi il avait été livré ensuite ils me disent que le colis est bien arrivé mais il doit être enregistré dans leur système et aujourd'hui ils disent avoir reçu 1 article dans la mauvaise foi on ne peut pas faire mieux, j'ai toutes les échanges de mails et ils ne pourront pas dire le contraire... pour la petite anecdote ils m'avaient demandés de leur envoyer les photos des étiquettes des articles ce qui fut fait mais voilà ils me disent qu'elles sont illisibles je leur ai demandé s'ils étaient sérieux j'ai renvoyé les mêmes et curieusement c'était ok !
C'est certain qu'ils cherchent par tous les moyens à ne pas me rembourser le 2éme article !

Recently purchased a dress from this site and have had it delivered, the dress is beautiful, and I understand the want to keep delivery prices down but when spending the best part of £200 on a dress i would have expected the dress to be packaged and sent with a bit more finesse. Instead it turnt up like something id ordered from temu. Vacuum packed into a tiny box.

På trods af at have fravalgt cookies og videregivelse af information til tredjepart, blev jeg spammet med opkald og mails efter ordren.

Kjolen blev bestilt d. 1 marts og var først klar til afhentning d. 17. marts, hvor jeg ikke længere skulle bruge den. Pakken blev derfor ikke afhentet og sendt retur til dem. De påstår at pakken er blevet destrueret af PostNord og derfor kan jeg ikke få mine penge retur, og det kan man KUN, hvis man sender pakken retur med returlabel. Dette fremgår ikke af deres hjemmeside og derfor tilbageholder de pengene ulovligt. JJ's House kan ikke anbefales.

29/3 It is now 5 days since I received the dress and I have emailed them daily for advice on how to return the dress as the app and website are not allowing me to submit the request as they instruct. I am STILL waiting to hear back. They replied the next day after my initial complaint but have been strangely silent since then.

Edit: The creases have not dropped out and the dress appearance is poor. the company has offered to accept a return and refund but I am still waiting for the information on how to do this as the link provided doesn't work. I have emailed them twice now for advice. I am hoping that postage and packaging will be paid as it was this that caused the issue in the first place. I would appreciate an email to resolve this situation asap.

My daughter's prom dress arrived yesterday after a long wait. It was packed in a tiny box, scrunched up in a bag. As a result the dress creased beyond a wearable condition and will require it to be professionally pressed before she can even try it on.
The dress including p&p cost almost £200 and she was so excited to receive it. This quickly became disappointment once it arrived. The dress looks like a rag, the material is thin and cheap and the quality is low.
For the price I would expect it to be delivered in a protective garment bag and on a hanger.
I have emailed them back expressing my disappointment and sent photos. I am requesting a refund and am awaiting their response.
I hope they acknowledge how the packaging has ruined the dress and compensate me sufficiently as the dress is not fit for purpose.
This company is selling cheap dresses at inflated prices and I would not recommend them. Very poor.

Easy ordering, I ordered the made to measure. Great watching the bridesmaid dress in its journey from china on the app. The dress was really pretty for an 11 year old bridesmaid. I couldn’t find a fault at all.

Le délai d’envoi est à mon sens complètement fou ! J’ai effectué ma commande le 15/02, la commande a été envoyé le 05/03, nous sommes le 14/03 et je n’ai toujours rien reçu! Plus jamais je ne retente l’expérience !

My friend bought six bridesmaid dresses from here, well in advance of her wedding in August (it's now Feb). She didn't open them straight away as she didn't need to, and trusted that they'd be in perfect condition as they are supposed to be new. After 20 days she opened them and found that every single dress was snagged. The company are refusing to do anything about this, despite the fact that they have sent her FAULTY items, because she didn't realise this within the 14 day return period. Absolute con artists, avoid like the plague!!

Items arrived with visible snags in the material. When I contacted customer service within 30 days of delivery to request a refund or replacement, I was told their 14-day returns policy applied. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, faulty goods are covered for 30 days from receipt. Disappointing response and not what I expected when reporting a clear fault.
