JJB Sports plc Recenzje 

Went onto website - signed up - paid - great... running stuff on its way...or so I thought! When it came to delivery - card through the door with no details on it - went online found tel no for JJB customer service - only offered Mon-Fri delivery with 8 hour time slots. Someone has to be in to sign for any delivery so for someone that works with neighbours/friends who all work this is not great news. Unhelpful customer service person at JJB told that it was my fault for not reading terms and conditions and for nearly £8 extra I could have it delivered on a Sat - but I work Sat too!!! No flexibility in arranging to deliver to work address not even remotely entertained. Not willing to refund unless they get it back from courier so now worried courier has an issue of not returning items to JJB. No confidence I will see money refunded. Appreciate this is my view but totally unhappy and feel there is no fair service from JJB for busy people unless you can change your hours for the sake of a delivery. Now wondering am I the only person to just tick the terms and conditions box without reading all the small print - lesson learnt! Usually companies are happy to change delivery address - guess this is not the JJB way.

Order was quickly processed and quickly shipped (I live in Denmark).
Everything was in order upon arrival - though a plasticbag is a bit flimsy for packaging of 2 shirts. :)
The onlineshop has a great range, and great discounts at the moment.

Wouldn´t mind shopping there again.

I was looking for GoalKeeper gloves.I found some Umbro's for £9.99 that were part of a bogof offer,So got a top.2 items for £14 plus cash back and delivered free within 3 days.Great service,would use again.

The customer service is non existent, the staff are rude, ignorant and have idea what they are doing or talking about. How this company is able to operate is beyond me. All the blame cannot lye with the staff after all they are just chavs, trying to save money to get their next hoodie, more make up or stay in the tanning booth for longer. Its the company and managers who should bear the brunt of the blame. Even if something was free I would not get it from JJB. Buy something from them at your own peril

i am amazed this company are still in business sent my order 3 weeks late when i called to arrange for a return of part of the order i was spoken to very rude and sarcasticly and was told that i could not return items so they was not adhering to there 28 day policy when spoke with the manager there mark he just did not know his left hand from his right and tried to phone head office to make an officiasl complaint and got put back through to the same guy where he hung the phone up and said dont call back again?????/ so be warned steer clear of this jjb sports worst shopping experience ever.

I bought running joggers which I had to return. JJB would not honour their returns policy as I had worn the joggers - silly me I should have KNOWN they would be faulty with my laser eyes and not had to actually WEAR them to discover this. Silly me not to use the laser eyes to save myself the trouble of buying the joggers in the first place.

As I did not use the prerequisite visual eye-detection-fault-scanning technique JJB would not refund.

I said "I shall stand here until you do" (I was in their store in Abbey Wood Filton Bristol) They said "Fine, Stand there".

Meanwhile security guards circled me muttering into their phones.

Very polite but resolute Polish staff clearly worried about losing their jobs. Would not budge.

I leave it to you to decide whether to run the risk of buying from this outfit.

JJB Sports is such an aspirational sports shop! I feel inspired when shopping, it's convenient with a mobile site and a click & collect service and it's customer service is top class. They're defo my No.1!

overpriced in comparison to similar stores

I recently ordered two items, one for home delivery and one for store pick up. The delivery was with me next day and the store pick up was in store same day! Very much recommended!

Try and find a silver cycle propstand...near on impossible. Thanks JJB! Only gave 4 stars as the store I arranged to collect it from wouldn't let in even though it was still opening hours. Hint: Pay key workers an extra half hour to close up after.

DO SHOP AROUND BEFORE YOU BUY IT! As i discovered the same product from SPORTS DIRECT are average 25-30% cheaper. and last sunday i went to JJB, waited 15mins no staff to serve me, so i went to SPORTS DRIECT. I brought pair court tradition for 35 pounds, and it cost 49.99 at JJB.
