My daughter placed an order for me - they didn't get the oder right - daughter called to report the situation & they were short, abrupt, wouldn't accept the responsibility, AND said they were short staffed & busy & didn't have time to talk - - on top of that, I was there 20 to 25 minutes prior to the call and there was one person at a table & one person waiting AND I actually said to myself that I couldn't believe that they had 7 or 8 people working behind the counter - - very disappointed in JJ -

I made the above online order and the two cookies were omitted from the order which I did not discover until I got home.

The store is located 7.2 miles from my house is a 15 minute drive so I did not return that day.

On the 8th day of June I was in the area so I thought that I would swing by and get my cookies.

I was asked to provide a receipt at first which I did by handing the clerk my phone.

After about a five minute wait, the clerk came back to the drive thru window and said"I apologize for the inconvenience but since it has been a few days and you did not come back sooner, we cannot give you your cookies."

I asked to speak to the manager and the guy at the window CAME outside and approached my truck in a threatening manner.

That is when another guy came to the window and told the other guy to come back inside.

I did not get my cookies.

It was the most bizarre insane thing I have ever seen.

Where's the meat!!!! Worst ever. Total waste of money

How about 40 minutes for freaky fast delivery. When I called the store which is literally .1 miles away they said my order was 2nd on the list to be delivered. When I asked if forty minutes qualified for freaky fast delivery the "in-shopper?" said he couldn't answer that. Not the first time this particular location has been pathetic - #4053 On Rural/Baseline in Tempe. Never again

We ordered Jimmy John's about 3 nights ago in magna utah and I had a severe allergic reaction after eating part of the sandwich. My husband called to ask questions about the sandwich but they were vague and said that it couldn't have been their sandwich but that was the only thing that I ate. I will never eat there again nor will I recommend it to anyone ever.

I was an employee of JJ’s for about 4 years and worked for two different franchises in that time. In the later half of my career I was raped outside of work by a manager. Where was the redirection? Because the following year I was harassed routinely about my ass and management permitted such BS for they were too busy touching employees inappropriately. Is there any training on this? I was then assualted in the middle of the workplace by a manager. After the GM reached out to Human Resources, the representative came to me and requested my account of events. I was subsequently terminated by the company for reasons still unclear as if they are fraudulent, wrongful. Am I supposed to believe that good business practice is firing the victim for seeking redress for groping their body? I am vindicated in saying this employer negligence facilitates a culture of unchecked sexual misconduct. The performance by the powers that be is a heinous disservice to all victims past, present, and unfortunately in the future. I have been threatened with police force if I am seen near the store. Everybody involved with the matter has ceased contact with me. Being my entire social group and support network. Gone. This is not remediation. This is not resolution. This is not excusable.

I frequent JJ in my hometown frequently and was extremely disappointed by the quality of food here. My husband and I trashed all our food after taking a few bites and went somewhere else for lunch. Terrible!

I ordered 2 sandwiches 32 minutes later they called me back and told me they ran out of bread but one sandwich was done. So i comprised agreeing to take the wheat bread then it was another 20 minutes food finally arrived.. with tip I paid 25 bucks and some change for 2 cold cut sandwiches didn't get the bacon i requested for my sandwich. So I called to voice my opinion on the service and the manager told me,
I'm sorry to hear about that mamn!!!
Seriously, well so am I bcuz I won't ever be spending my money there ever again!!! This was in woodriver Illinois btw..

I GUESS THE SADWICH ARTISTS CAN NOT CUT THE SANDWICHES IN HALF!!!! NO MATTER THAT IT IS ON THE ORDER AND ON THE RECEIPT. THREE TRYS FOR A QUARTER, STILL CAN'T GET IT RIGHT!!! NO MORE FOR ME!!! MY CO WORKER ORDER FOR TUNA FISH SANDWICH IT HAD SO MANY ONIONS AND LITTLE TUNS FISH SHE COULDN'T EAT THE SANDWICH. SHES DONE WITH THIS STORE ALSO!!

The smoking chicken sandwich was very wet and sloppy.I did not like it the taste or texture

Just got a delivery order and my sub wasn’t made the way I ordered it :-( ordered in 2/6/2021 form the Jonestown Road location in Winston Salem, NC

Jimmy Johns is a restaurant that is consistently amazing no matter what part of the country I have been in. The Delivery is very fast and the food is refreshing and on target every time. They have the cheapest delivery around. No matter what I order even if it's only a sandwich for myself it's delivered with care. My daughter and I order every time she comes to visit.

It's the new normal to serve old bread, and it's very apparent (dry and hard). Gross.

Telling the truth here. First of all, their owner is a big game hunter and likes to post pictures of his trophies on Facebook! Secondly, the one time we tried them (not knowing anything about this establishment) they make your sandwich behind a tall partition; you can't see how they are making your food. But please don't support an establishment that kills animals for sport!

Service used to be great. Now it's more then an hour. Shop is 2 minutes away from my business but it still takes 20 minutes to get here with a soggy sandwich!

The guy on the phone said it was about 30-45 minutes wait, I said that is fine. Well, an hour went by! tried calling them and I kept getting hung upon. after about 20 times of calling on 2 different phones. I had one phone on hold for 10 minutes and my cell phone which I finally spoke to someone at this time, it was around 1:45 pm. I was so pissed at this time; I just wanted my money back! he said it is on the way out. Did not really care at this point, as I was talking to him about my order and that I want my money back he said that is fine and got hung up on once again (was still talking to him). Luckily the other phone was still on hold but that did not really matter because the phone got picked up and hung up of course. Called them back and I said why did you hang up on me, he said we are busy. Sorry, but I lost it at this time. He called me a liar and said the wait time was 1:30-1:45 wait to get my order, I said no you said 30-45 minutes. why would it take an hour and a half to get a sandwich? please do not ever call any customer a liar and down talk them. you will get better customer service if you (the little boy who answered the phone) are not rude. If you cannot talk to people better over the phone you should not be working in a place like that. I completely understand if you are busy, I also work in customer service and I would never treat my customers, how he did! plus it is my boss’s place of business! I would never disrespect that; I want him to have business not turn it away. JIMMY JOHNS you need to get rid of this guy. I would never have idols like you working here.

Horrible, absolutely horrible. Worst sandwich I ever ate in my life .. never ever again!!!

Delivery is NOT freaky fast! They don't even say it when you order now. I have purchased from the Camp Street, East Peoria, IL location for years. Have NEVER had a problem until the last few months. 2 times now, it has taken between 45 minutes and an hour to get my food. Grubhub delivery from a full-service restaurant is faster!

Jimmy johns is just ok the price is not worth the Quality they charge u for pretty much anything and everything Publix subway even Jersey Mike’s I think are a couple notches above this Publix subway even Jersey Mike’s I think are a couple notches above this The only good thing is the speed that’s why they get two stars and not one
